3320388****Hampton by Hilton Yining: Full Habitat on the Journey This trip to Yining was thoroughly fanned by the Hampton by Hilton Yining. The whole experience from check-in to check-out was perfect. It was definitely the first choice for accommodation in Yili! The location of the hotel is too good. It is about 10 minutes drive from Yining Railway Station and only 12 minutes from the airport. It is especially convenient for landing or returning to catch the bus. There are also popular attractions such as Liuxing Street and Kazanqi around. There is no pressure on travel planning. More intimate is that self-driving parking is convenient, too friendly to family outings or self-driving travelers. The service details are warm to the heart. The front desk staff is super efficient, the check-in process is smooth, and they will take the initiative to answer the surrounding food and play questions. The smiley attitude instantly relieves the fatigue of the journey. Immediately after entering the room, I received a local special fruit platter, fresh melons and fruits with refreshing yogurt, this surprise was too poke. Room service is on call, and the setting of robot delivery is both efficient and safe. The room experience is even more impeccable. The 63-square-meter business suite is spacious and bright, the layout of the reception area and the rest area is reasonable, and the sliding screen design makes the space flexible and private, and the whole family will not feel cramped when traveling. The standard mattress support of the United States ”Hampton Bed” is excellent, with soft ecologically certified bedding, and you can have a ”Sweet Dream in the Cloud” every night. She also recommended many delicious local restaurants, and all her recommendations were spot on! The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. No matter the hygiene, environment, service, attitude, facilities, they are all top-notch. I like it so much. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very nice. I like them very much. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic, so I can't find any problems. At four or five in the morning, they said that the TV projection screen was broken, and they came up to check it without complaint. Finally, they changed our room. In short, I stayed very, very happily and comfortably! Besides, direct sunlight is very comfortable 😌

Then, let me highlight the breakfast, which was a true delight! The variety was incredibly varied, encompassing both Chinese and Western cuisine. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were incredible. Eating this breakfast every morning set me up for the day, and it's definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel of this type. The room was also incredibly spacious, with no feeling of being cramped at all. I especially want to praise the bedding. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right amount of firmness and a wonderfully cuddling feel. Even after a tiring trip, I could easily fall asleep and wake up feeling relaxed. The room's lighting was also thoughtfully designed, with perfectly adjusted brightness levels, so it wasn't glaring at night. The smart guest control system is also very convenient and easy to use, allowing you to control the lights and curtains from your bed. It's both technologically advanced and practical, and every feature makes you feel comfortable. The location is also impeccable. It's very close to the Liuxing Street scenic area, within walking distance, and not far from Kazanchi. For tourists visiting Yining, staying here is extremely convenient and saves a lot of travel time. In short, this hotel is impeccable in terms of service, breakfast, rooms, and location.
