MManman2401The hotel's exterior design is both sleek and impressive. Alice at the front desk was friendly and attentive, making the check-in process swift and efficient. She also recommended many delicious local restaurants, and all her recommendations were spot on! The room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist decor, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable! The room was equipped with an air purifier, a mini-fridge, and even a bathroom scale! I forgot my charger, and upon learning this, the front desk promptly sent up a spare one – a truly thoughtful gesture that I greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel offers a wide array of complimentary facilities, including a 24-hour gym and laundry room. As someone who exercises regularly, this was a huge plus! The hotel's breakfast spread was extensive and diverse, featuring both local Yili specialties and Western options like bread and coffee. Beyond that, the hotel's service team was truly exceptional. Especially Alice at the front desk and the restaurant staff, who consistently maintained a smile and patience, proactively offering assistance. I would absolutely stay here again!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is a decent option if you’re staying in Yining. The decor is a quite dated - very 90s feel - could probably do with a refurb/update, but it’s fine. Service was excellent - reception extremely helpful, and nice little gifts left in the room, giving the place a really warm homely feel. Location is good, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

Mmiya_princessHands down, this was the best hotel of our Northern Xinjiang trip! We booked a family room, and the beds were large and incredibly comfortable. The laundry service was a wonderful touch; you just leave a note, and they'll deliver your clothes right back to your room. Breakfast was also quite good, and the service was exceptional. The front desk staff were proactive, always offering tea – the honey tea was particularly delicious! They even had drinks available for the kids. And they provided plenty of bottled water. This stay has definitely made Atour my first choice for all future travels!

FFauzi AzmanI had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy bed, which made for a great night's sleep.
The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. On top of that, the staff were so helpful—they took the time to guide me on how to get around the city and even recommended fantastic places to eat at night.
This hotel truly exceeds 5-star standards. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

AAnonymous UserThe Four Points by Sheraton Yining was truly a pleasant surprise on this trip! From the moment we arrived, the front desk lady was incredibly efficient, offering a warm and welcoming welcome. She also proactively provided recommendations for nearby attractions.
The room was incredibly clean, with great lighting, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud, instantly relieving any travel fatigue. The bathroom had ample hot water with consistent water pressure, and the toiletries had a subtle fragrance. Every detail was meticulously thought out.
The breakfast was truly amazing! They offered not only Xinjiang-style baked buns and milk tea, but also a variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly fried eggs were cooked to perfection, and the fruit was fresh and juicy. I didn't want to leave even after I had eaten so much.
The location is also convenient, just a 10-minute taxi ride to the Kazanqi Folk Tourism Area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it a safe place to walk back home in the evening.
The value for money is incredible. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Yining, and I've already recommended it to friends traveling with me!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and has a parking lot, making parking very convenient. There is a barbecue restaurant next to it. It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

When I returned to the hotel after finishing my business at night, I also saw the security guard take the initiative to help the guests with their luggage! It's worth a thumbs up👍👍

The room layout was very elegant, with all kinds of facilities complete and meticulous hygiene. The landlord also answered all questions. It was a very satisfying stay experience!
✅2. The rooms in the B&B are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. You can see the beautiful scenery from the windows of the B&B. The beautiful scenery plus the delicious food🍜, a perfect day starts here!
✅3. Convenient transportation, convenient travel, there is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. The lobby is simple and elegant, the front desk service is very good, the room has good lighting☀️, and the sanitation is very clean. I will come again next time.
✅4. The room is very clean. It is so comfortable to lie on the bed and watch a movie after taking a shower! The landlord is also very welcoming and has thoughtfully prepared travel guides in the room. Next time I come, I will choose here again!

I arrived to find a large tour group checking in, but the front desk immediately assigned a dedicated staff member to handle my check-in. This personalized, priority service was a pleasant surprise and truly heartwarming.
The room was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. It was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was so soft, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep until morning. The bathroom facilities were brand new, with instant hot water, and even the toiletries felt luxurious and high-quality.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and showed great attention to detail. The variety was so extensive it was hard to choose, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Every bite tasted meticulously prepared.
The location is also unbeatable – perfect for getting around and shopping, everything is just a short walk away. The value for money is absolutely superb.
From now on, whenever I'm in Yining for a business trip, this will be my go-to hotel!

1123wangweijiangMy wife couldn't connect to the room. There was no disposable bag in the bathtub. It was said to be sterilized, but I still felt a little uncomfortable so I didn't take a bath. I hope there is a disposable bag to put on it to make it easier to use. It was not easy to get into the water, so I had to wait for a long time before getting out of the water.
