The owner upgraded our room for free! [Sayram Lake] Once again, I'm amazed! The room and the guesthouse environment are truly, truly beautiful! 🤩 **Cleanliness**: Very clean. I almost felt bad walking on the carpet with my shoes on. **Service**: Every staff member at the guesthouse was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. ❤️ They insisted on helping with our luggage. Since it wasn't peak season when we visited, and rooms weren't in high demand, the owner allowed us a late check-out. What's most worth mentioning is the breakfast 🥣. It came in small portions, and the owner said it was local food made by their neighbor (the jam and small sausages were excellent! 👍). **Double ethnic costume experience**: I forgot to try this out. 😬 That's also because we arrived too late.

We chose this hotel for its location inside the Liuxing Street Scenic Area, and the location was indeed perfect. For a property that advertises itself as 2 stars the accommodation is impressive. The rooms are big, the ceiling is high, the bed is comfortable and the floor heating is warm. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this property for its simple but direct service, good ambiance and fantastic location. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit on the low side. Apart from that everything was great. Highly recommend

The owner was incredibly nice and generous! The guesthouse required a detour due to road construction, and perhaps because it was converted from a traditional local house, the experience was fantastic!! Firstly, the room amenities were of relatively high quality, and they provided plenty of bottled water. Secondly, it was quiet, and there were many local barbecue restaurants nearby. Thirdly, the owner wasn't mercenary and offered helpful suggestions based on guest inquiries – awesome!

Me and a friend have had a lovely time at this homestay. The outdoor area is beautiful and a great place to relax and unwind, surrounded by a very peaceful atmosphere. The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and generous always helping us whenever we needed anything and even feeding us with delicious food. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay.

This guesthouse is a hidden gem in Liuxing Street! The location is fantastic, very close to the Liuxing Street parking lot. The decor has a beautiful Kazakh style, and the owner mentioned that all the exterior woodwork is solid wood, which looks great. Our room had warm and cozy carpets, and since our whole family loves Bohemian style, we really enjoyed it. The owner is super nice and takes great care of the guesthouse; even the room names are taken from poetry. Upon arrival, you can contact the housekeeper who will pick you up and help with your luggage. Breakfast is right next door and features delicious Xinjiang specialties. Highly recommend coming to experience it!

I stayed here for over a week and absolutely loved it! The ladies working here were all incredibly warm and charming. We even went shopping together and had some late-night skewers. The hotel's decor is beautiful, and being surrounded by local ethnic minorities really allowed me to immerse myself in the local customs. It was truly wonderful!

The location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city!  She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

Overall, my experience was fantastic! The room was clean and bright, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It was also really convenient for getting around. The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing excellent and detailed service. The facilities were comprehensive, making for a very comfortable stay. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend it to everyone!

A perfect experience! The room had great natural light, the soundproofing exceeded my expectations, the common area had a fantastic atmosphere where people often chatted and shared travel tips. The room was cleaned daily, the facilities were complete, and the price was affordable. I'd definitely stay here again next time!

The price was fair for the ambiance. There was some hair on the blankets, so I disinfected everything and used disposable four-piece bedding. Overall, it was good value for money; you have to accept imperfections for a lower price! One suggestion for the hotel: just throw away that broken stool. It's better not to have it there than to leave it out! The receptionist was very kind, and the security guard was very friendly; they were generally very responsive. I lost my room key, and the receptionist helped me get a new one in the early morning. A big thumbs up!
