Perfect
GGuest UserA family of five traveled together, with a one-year-old baby. The price-performance ratio is quite high. It is not as business-like as a hotel, but it has a human touch and Xiao Zhang's thoughtful service.
Location: Near the airport. If you travel by car, you have to drive anyway, so you can get to anywhere in ten or twenty minutes. The environment in the village is very simple. There are also homestays around, but I think Xiyue is the most beautiful and has the cleanest environment.
Internal facilities: It can be seen that the facilities are very thoughtful, they are basically Xiaomi water heaters and air conditioners, and the toilet is also smart. What surprised me was that even disposable toilet seats, toiletries, and disposable cotton bath towels were available. They were especially considerate and prepared earplugs and eye masks. Everything you could think of was prepared.
Service: The service is really impeccable. During the May Day holiday, Xiao Zhang was the only one busy running around, but he kept the yard very clean. He would help us carry things when we went in and out every day. He asked us what time we would start eating for breakfast and whether we had any dietary restrictions. He was really simple and kind.
Miscellaneous: We arrived quite late before check-in, and Xiao Zhang would take the initiative to call me where we were and then come out to greet us. There is a billiard room in the basement. It is not dirty or messy, but very tidy. The linen room is also very clean. It would be so beautiful to have a barbecue on the rooftop terrace and watch the stars! There is a fish pond, swings and leisure chairs in the yard, all of which are very clean. Oh, and parking is very convenient in the yard. The breakfast is so delicious that our family of five finishes it all every day. Water is unlimited and our family’s principle is to take it as needed without wasting it.
Areas for improvement: The electrical sockets seemed somewhat exposed and had poor contact, and a few needed repair. The toilet water pressure was too low and I had to flush it several times each time.
Last words: It’s my first time staying in a B&B, and I feel the experience is very good. Starting a business is not easy, and only with good service can you have good customers. Come on Xiyue, come on Xiaozhang.

The environment of the homestay is very warm and comfortable, the rooms are decorated in a stylish manner, and every detail can feel the landlord's intentions. The bedding is soft and clean, sleeps soundly, and you can hear the sound of birds when you wake up in the morning, as if you are in nature, especially relaxed.
The location is also very convenient, there are many specialty shops and food around, and it can be reached on foot. The landlord was very enthusiastic and gave us a lot of practical travel advice. He also recommended local snacks and play methods, which really made people feel as warm as returning home.
What impressed me most was the courtyard of the homestay. Sitting there at night to watch the stars and blowing the breeze was so healing! Whether it is a couple's trip or a gathering of friends, this is a great choice. I will definitely choose here next time I come, and I will recommend it to friends around me!

GGuest User🌞Location: Perfectly situated on a side street leading into Liuxing Street, just steps from the commercial center with plenty of restaurants and drinks nearby. The furthest point is only 700 meters from the east exit. At night, the area is well-lit due to the surrounding buildings around the corner.
🌈Guesthouse Environment: The rooms are very clean and have excellent soundproofing. There's a laundry room where you can dry your laundry in the yard. Disinfectant, laundry detergent, and fabric softener are all provided – perfect for those with kids who love to sweat in Xinjiang during the summer!
🌛Service: Excellent! The owner arranged for the car to be parked right in front of the guesthouse; no extra steps required. They even carried three large suitcases up to the second floor with ease! Amazing!
Yining is so beautiful, and Liuxing Street is not only beautiful but also full of delicious food and fun activities! The nights in Xinjiang are like Van Gogh's Starry Night 🌃, even the clear air seems to be tinged with color.

SSam-ThaddeusWe had a nice stay here which we used as a base to explore sayram lake. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable and the lady owner who comes in at noon and works till morning is nice and helped the 2 of us book the transport by bus to sayram lake. It’s a comfortable walk by turning right and then right to Liu Xing street - along the way you have a nice cafe/bakery which operates till 11pm. The lady owners parents also help us to fix the alipay transport pass for taking a bus at 1 yuan for each trip. Apologies as I didn’t take any photos of the room.

GGuest UserI spent a long time looking for the remote control for the air conditioner in my hotel room, I couldn't find the remote control, nor did I find the administrator, there is no usual reception desk and it is unclear where to look for the hotel administration. The landlord is super enthusiastic, not only patiently prepared a rich breakfast, but also prepared welcome fruits and handwritten guides. It is only a ten-minute walk from Liuxing Street, and the city sound and human language are separated from the courtyard wall. The host’s hospitality was very warm and planned the tour for us. On the day of going to Chasina, the heavens were not beautiful, and the rain was like a note. The rain hit the window of the car and blurred the mountains in the distance. However, this rain finally did not extinguish the fire in the heart. The yearning for Damei Xinjiang was getting worse and worse. Although Cassi in the rain did not see its whole picture, it also added a little more beauty to people's memory.
