Luxury Hotels in Yining City

"I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training. Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!)."

"Overall, the hotel is quite good – very clean and comfortable. It's close to the Yili River, about a 10-minute taxi ride to watch the sunrise. The location isn't ideal, though. It takes about half an hour to get to both the airport and the train station. I asked for a quiet room, but initially, I was given a room right by the road. The view of a wasteland outside the window was also quite depressing. I had to repeatedly ask them to change rooms before they finally moved me. All calls default to the main switchboard, not the front desk. I got the impression the switchboard staff were quite frustrated too. Their attitude was good, but they couldn't help with things like delivery updates as they weren't aware of them."

"This stay was a wonderful surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. The room was more spacious than I expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast deserves a special mention – it had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many dining and shopping choices nearby. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends!"

"The room has been newly renovated, and the smart controls are super convenient. It really feels much more upscale now. It's also very close to the airport. The front desk staff gave us detailed directions to Six Star Street – just walk straight down Ningyuan Road past four traffic lights, and you're there! Definitely a big thumbs up! 👍👍"

"The environment is OK The service needs to be improved. From the security guard to the doorman to the front desk, the attitude is very cold. The old man is carrying two boxes on the steps at the door. The security guard is watching next to him. The doorman is playing with his mobile phone through the glass. Only the restaurant staff is very enthusiastic to say good morning. High-end hotels should be equipped with high-end services!"
