❤I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance. #Cleanliness: I'm a bit of a clean freak, but I was extremely satisfied with the room and the hotel. Don't worry, go for it! #Service: The whole experience was so comfortable, it felt like coming home. The owner is beautiful and kind, and all the staff (whom I consider family, as service and respect are mutual) truly embodied the spirit of harmony among all ethnic groups in our country. #Location & Transportation: I was very satisfied. I prefer staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city center—just my personal preference. #Room Facilities: The hotel is exactly as pictured in the official photos—absolutely no difference between the advertised and actual product. Excellent!

From the first moment, i had such an excellent time at Blue Dove. I chose the place for the incredible design of the place, the location within Kazankh ancient town, and the reference to Doves... I left with so much more! The owner and her husband were so helpful and brought ice coffees for me and my dad when we arrived, which was so welcome. They had local treats and fruit to try and a wonderful sense of community. They helped us arrange a driver to Qionkushtai and packed us a breakfast to go, with coffee :) Every detail has been carefully considered and it was a joy to stay at Blue Dove. I consider owner Wen to be my friend and look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend!

A very good B&B, right at the entrance of Liuxing Street, with convenient transportation, the house has local characteristics, and the decoration design is very beautiful. The two bosses are very nice, very warm and thoughtful, and Shisanyao is also very kind and lovely. The decoration in the room is simple but not without mood. The house is very quiet and clean. All kinds of supplies are complete, the mattress is very comfortable, and the quilt is also very clean. Friends all give unanimous praise. The suite is suitable for several friends or families to travel.

The room is exactly the same as the pictures on the Internet. The decoration style is as simple and decent as the name. The sanitation is excellent, clean, far away from the downtown area and very quiet at night. There is a local food street next to the B&B. The pilaf and barbecue are very authentic. I ate the pilaf for two days in a row. I also had the ice cream recommended by the boss for 5 yuan. It is very convenient to take a taxi to Liuxing Street and ride an electric donkey to Kazanchi ~

The B&B's location is super convenient, right near Liu Jie Xing, and it's just a 10-minute walk to the bus station. The biggest plus is the hostess, Xiao Jie, who is incredibly warm and hospitable. As soon as I checked in, she offered me some homemade vinegar and cherry tomatoes from her garden, which was such a thoughtful touch. When I ran into trouble buying bus tickets, she immediately stepped in to help and also recommended a ton of authentic local food. For a solo traveler, it's really a blessing to meet such a genuine host on the road. Plus, her cats and dogs are absolutely adorable and brought so much joy. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again!

We arrived late at night from Sayram Lake. The young woman at the front desk who checked us in had a blank, cold expression. She only gave us one key card for power, and when I asked for another, she glared at me! We booked a family suite just to get some good rest, okay? We had no other intentions! No need to be so suspicious! Then we discovered that this hotel shares a building with another hotel. There were even people smoking in the elevator, completely unmanaged. The next morning, a strong smell of cooking oil directly wafted into our room. Turns out we were given a room on the same floor as the restaurant! Fine, since we weren't welcome, we didn't need to stay any longer. We decisively checked out and moved to another hotel, and we won't be bothering them again! To be fair, the other front desk lady who checked us out was friendly and wished us a good time. The staff quality really varies, far from a 4-star standard.

I booked this for a friend, and they said this four-star hotel completely exceeded their expectations. From the friendly smile at check-in to the spotless details in the room, every aspect showed great care. The bedding was soft and comfortable, breakfast was rich and featured local specialties, and even the hallway scent was just right. The staff were consistently warm and attentive, making my friend, who was on a business trip, feel the warmth of home. The facilities are excellent, and the service is even better – definitely great value for money. I'll definitely have to experience it myself if I get the chance!

Although this is not a fancy hotel, the location is super convenient and the price is a steal. The surrounding streets stay lively until around 11 PM or midnight, so it’s super easy to just walk back after a long day out. You don't have to worry about the noise either—the windows do a great job keeping it out. Plus, the host is super friendly and always happy to help with anything you need.

Traveling solo, I stayed for three nights and found the place to be quite clean. It's not far from Six-Star Street, which is a convenient walk. For Kazanqi, you'll need a taxi, and Sayram Lake is about 150km away by car. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. A big thanks to them for helping me send a package (I couldn't fit it all in my luggage for the flight). P.S. There's a minced meat noodles shop near the hotel that is absolutely delicious, haha~

What a pleasant surprise! This short stay far exceeded my expectations. The receptionist was incredibly attentive, checking me in quickly and always with a smile, making me feel welcome from the moment I entered. The hostel's location was also very convenient, in a quiet area, so I didn't have to worry about being disturbed. The room, though small, was spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding and impeccable hygiene; there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor even when I walked barefoot. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for someone like me who wanted a peaceful place to rest for a day or two. The staff were all very friendly, and I could tell they genuinely cared about their guests. This stay was extremely pleasant, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a short ”recharge.” I'll definitely be back!
