I hit up the host way ahead to sort out my itinerary, and they were super patient and thorough the whole time. Check-in was quick and hassle-free once I showed up. They even hooked me up with local hidden gems for sightseeing and great eats, saved me tons of time stressing over travel plans. The room was cleaned spotless, every nook and cranny—floors, bathroom, everything’s immaculate. Bedding’s fresh, soft and lightly scented clean. The mattress hits just right on firmness; after a long day running around, I crash straight into a solid night’s sleep. The complex is dead quiet with top-tier soundproofing, zero annoying disruptions at all. All amenities you could ask for are here: steady hot water, fast Wi-Fi, every little daily essential covered. Super convenient location too—shops and restaurants right nearby, and parking’s a breeze if you’re driving. The host never bugged me nonstop, just thoughtful touches everywhere. It doesn’t feel like some generic commercial rental at all; more crashing at a buddy’s place, warm and genuine. Total bang for your buck! This was a great place to stay in Yinning. It's where we 1st went after we landed in Xinjiang and we liked the place so much that we decided to change our plan and stay there again before leaving. The place is a bit far from the centre of town, but we rented a car and there is parking by the homestay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful to give us some tips on good restaurants to go to in Yinning. We rented Alina's Home and the room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall the place is quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to stay there. 非常惊喜的入住体验。是我旅行多年住过的最难忘的民宿之一。 房间打扫得极为干净，完全看不到卫生死角，住得非常舒心和放松。 房间及设施超棒！从屋子里的香薰到早餐的碗筷，都充满了小巧思，让人感到赏心悦目，身心愉悦。 床品非常舒服，休息得特别好。 早餐也很美味且营养搭配均衡。 最最最重要的是，店主和管家都非常的友好，服务超超赞！还额外给我们的旅行提供了很多帮助和建议，让我们充分享受到了伊宁的魅力。

The indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. The most perfect hotel for this trip. Because I like to feel the ethnic characteristics, I fell in love with this hotel at first sight. I was a little nervous when booking. From the moment I entered the door, I knew it would be worth the trip. I highly recommend it. The whole building is like a work of art. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will see pure wool carpets and hand-carved wood. The public area alone is dazzling. The room layout is also very meticulous. The hand-carved big bed is very exquisite, the mattress is super comfortable, and all kinds of furniture and soft furnishings are very attentive. I like to pay attention to the details of the hotel, so the washing and care of Aqua de Parma hits my heart, even the razor is Gillette. The housekeeper is also very considerate, the service is considerate and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also very good. Although there are only four of us in the off-season, the breakfast preparation is also very rich, and the hand-cut beef is great. Every place in the hotel is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It’s a pity that I didn’t bring my baby this time. I will definitely bring my baby to check in next time. The texture of oil painting is too good. I also gave a souvenir before leaving, and once again felt the hospitality of Xinjiang. In short, it is recommended!

The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably. It had a strong ethnic feel. The room was very soundproof and clean; sitting in the courtyard in the evening was very pleasant. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. They even helped cut the watermelon, and the cocktails they made were delicious and beautiful – so talented! It's also very close to Liuxing Street, with many great restaurants nearby; the location is fantastic. When I asked the owner, they recommended well-known local restaurants, not just trendy ones, but very good and tasteful. I'll definitely stay with the owner again next time! Thank you for the hospitality these past two days!

The location is a little bit hidden in an alley, however I love how it is nestled among the local restaurants and houses, you get to see how the people live on the daily basis. Otherwise the room is clean, amenities are great too. If you are a light-sleeper, it can be a little bit noisy since it is located near houses. But overall, it is a great guesthouse if you would like a place near town as a base for your travel. The owner’s daugther though..despite my limited Mandarin, she went away and beyond to help me with literally everything from booking a bus, and communicating with a DiDi driver to mail my AirPod which I had left in the car at a different city!  She arranged for it to be sent to my next location which I had book prior, ensured that the postman gave the mail to me personally by phonecall. She is one of the sweetest person I have met during my solo travel to China.

We stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles. Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

The hygiene is excellent, and the owner is very warm and friendly. This is my second time visiting Yining, and the people here are genuinely wonderful. The hotel has a washing machine for laundry, and the staff even provided laundry detergent and hangers. The location is easy to find, right at the intersection of the main road in Liuxing Street.

Yining is our favorite city overall. There are fruit trees all around the road. Apple trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, and most importantly, they are all mulberry trees. You can experience the fun of eating mulberries while walking! The owner of the B&B is really warm and welcoming. The room decoration and design are also very good. The breakfast made by the aunt in the morning is also delicious. The whole small garden is very beautiful! Also remember to ask the proprietress for tips and recommendations on local restaurants! Don’t go to the so-called internet celebrity check-in spots

It is a good hostel. However, they have to take care of the daily validating room keys. People go out to the washroom in the middle of the night, and even if they paid for the following day, they get locked, and they can't get in. Regardless of how many days you pay for, you need to get your room key validated, which is a redundant and unnecessary thing to do.it is very frustrating, too. Last night, a girl from the dorm went to the washroom at 3 a.m., and she got locked out until morning when other people in the room woke up to get her in. Also, for these unfortunate circumstances, there is nobody in the reception area to take care of it. I stayed 6 nights, and every day, I had to reactivate the room key. That is something the hostel must pay attention to it or fix it. Otherwise, it is a clean please to stay at.
