服務：定的標間，房間裏面衹有一雙一次性拖鞋，打前台電話好幾次都打不通，最後自己下樓要的
衞生：遊玩一天很累，打算泡澡休息一下，房間裏有浴缸但是需要購買一次性泡澡袋18一個，浴缸旁的花灑可能很久沒有用過，水垢很多，而且剛放出來的居然是黃色的銹水，放了一會兒才變清澈

服務很差，原本辦理入住時，服務員就問是否可以大床換雙床，明確説我定的是大床。結果沒經過我們允許自己把其中一間換成雙床，因為入住較晚到房間才知曉。
且説豪華浴享房，連浴缸都沒有，這個酒店太差了，沒有上面評分的4.5那麼好，請大家謹慎選購。
