酒店全是一些黑人和阿拉伯人，整個酒店一股濃濃的夾雜汗臭味和噁心香水味，環境臟亂醜，房間裏處處都是黑黑的，不乾淨太臟了，前台服務態度就像90年代國營旅館一樣，冷漠得很強，説話面無表情，語氣態度不耐煩的樣子！酒店所謂的大堂經理更是不得了，如同高管家屬，態度蠻橫，語氣惡劣，客人有什麼問題和前台溝通，她就馬上沖上來和你爭吵，拍桌子怒吼咆哮，（這個事情就是我多問了前台兩個問題，她就接話和我吵架），此酒店是我幾十年來住了幾百家酒店最差最噁心的酒店，差點被打！服了服了！

這家酒店地理位置很好，交通非常便利。距離國際商貿城步行5分鐘左右，大廳設有咖啡，茶吧！房間寬敞明亮，床鋪舒適，衞生乾淨整潔。服務人員非常專業和友好，為我們提供了很好的入住體驗。另外，酒店早餐也特別豐盛，強烈推薦！

我入住那天的前台又美工作素質也高，退房的時候東西落下了 通知我來拿，後來我下午六點來鍾去拿的時候換人了，東西是裝在黑色的垃圾袋裡，但我相信袋子一定是乾淨的，但前台噁心到我了，用兩根手指很嫌棄的夾起來遞給我，我突然覺得這個酒店好低端，一個前台就是酒店的臉面，高傲的嘴臉搭配底層的工作就是酒店離倒閉不遠的原因
