The lobby is clean and bright, and the front desk staff (both male and female) were incredibly friendly and efficient with check-in. The room was meticulously cleaned, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the hot water came on quickly, and the toiletries smelled nice. The soundproofing is also good, so it was very quiet at night. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

When I first arrived, I thought the lobby was tiny, but it turns out the main lobby is on the top floor. They offer complimentary kumquat lemon tea that you can have as much as you like, and it's available on every floor. I grabbed three bottles when I checked in and another three when I left. The toiletries were also very high quality. Plus, with the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, lying in bed and looking out at the unobstructed blue sky and white clouds was just pure joy. It's also only about 1km from the trade city, so you can easily walk there. I highly recommend it for families with children."

The location couldn't have been more convenient; during the day, a taxi to the trade city was just the minimum fare, and in the evening, it was a short walk to Santing Road for toys and snacks. No need to tire out the little one. The hygiene was exceptional; the carpets were spotless, table corners were padded, and the front desk even prepared kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes in advance. The breakfast deserves special praise, a thoughtful blend of Western and Chinese options. Our child loved the Western-style pancakes, milk, and fruit, while we adults enjoyed hot congee and noodle soup. Everyone found something they liked. The service was also excellent; anything we requested was delivered quickly. This is definitely the right choice when traveling with kids."
