As a first-timer in Yiwu, I found this hotel incredibly thoughtful. Right at the entrance, there was a map and detailed guide to the International Trade City, which was very helpful. The hotel's location directly across from the market is super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the front desk staff were all very warm, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The room was clean, making for a really pleasant stay. This stay exceeded all expectations! I didn't have high hopes for the hotel, just wanted it to be clean, but as soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the service. The front desk lady was incredibly sweet and even thoughtfully upgraded our room. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless. The bedding was just the right firmness, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The Kemei hairdryer was a huge plus! Breakfast offered a wide variety, and I had trouble deciding between the Chinese and Western options, so I ended up trying a bit of everything, haha. The location is also super convenient; it's just a 200-300 meter walk straight out to Yiwu International Trade City District 3. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. Highly recommend!

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

Highly recommend this hotel! It's a fantastic choice whether you're traveling for business or leisure. I'll definitely be back next time I have the chance, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality, and the hot water supply was abundant and consistently stable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, polite, and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and I didn't encounter a single issue throughout my stay. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely prioritize booking here again for my next trip. I genuinely and highly recommend it!

We originally expected to stay at this hotel for only one night, but it turned into a 5 days and 4 nights stay, and overall it was a good experience. The location was very convenient, especially for visiting Yiwu International Trade Market District 4–5. There were also many local restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and explore the area. The hotel felt very safe, as guests needed to use the room key card to activate the elevator. The room was exactly the same as shown in the pictures and was very clean upon arrival. One thing I did not like was that smoking was allowed for some guests, and occasionally the cigarette smell came into the room at nighttime when trying to sleep. The hotel also had useful facilities, including a laundry room with three washing machines and a treadmill for exercise. There was a free coffee machine near the check-in counter, which was a nice extra touch. In addition, the hotel provided an amenities kit during check-in, which was very convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a good location and helpful facilities.

This is a great hotel with excellent, warm service. The breakfast is good too. Most importantly, the rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. It was so good that I extended my stay, and the front desk even upgraded my room for free.

My stay at the Holly and Inn was absolutely perfect! The hotel's prime location makes it incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and dining. The area is filled with delicious food, and I especially recommend the nearby barbecue stalls. The lamb skewers were tender and perfectly seasoned, leaving a lingering aftertaste of the authentic, smoky atmosphere. The breakfast was a delight, beautifully presented, and the elegant and tasteful lobby was a delight to the senses. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, offering thoughtful and considerate service from check-in to check-out. This stay was a perfect experience, and I'll definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, right opposite the trade city. And the room's cleanliness is pretty good too, unless you're super picky. The front desk processed my check-in very quickly. When I was leaving, I asked them to help me send a package, and the next day it rained, and the front desk even proactively offered to lend me an umbrella. This level of service is truly exceptional; I've traveled to so many cities and rarely encountered such attentiveness. This hotel left a fantastic and lasting impression on me, I couldn't help but give them a great review. If I come back to Yiwu next time, I'll definitely choose this place again.

I was traveling with my child and meant to book a twin room, but accidentally booked a king room. After speaking with the front desk staff, they kindly switched us to a twin room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and the hallways and rooms were clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay.
