Since it was newly renovated, I felt the hygiene would be better. Regular hotels around the International Trade City have been going for 250+ RMB these past two years, so staying at Lǐ Fēng is definitely the best value for money. The facilities are complete, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is good. The soundproofing is excellent. The location is very convenient; you just cross the road to get to the Trade City. I ran into a bit of an issue one night, and the hotel helped me resolve it. A big thanks to the front desk lady and the security guard!

The room experience was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It's very convenient for business trips as the hotel is close to the trade city and within walking distance. The hotel's location is excellent, being very near the trade city. The room facilities are well-equipped, and I highly recommend using the smart voice assistant Xiao Du.

The hotel is within walking distance of Yiwu International Trade Centre (district one). If you do not plan to visit district one, you'd better find another hotel, because the walking distance is pretty far from one district to another. We had early check-in (around 12 pm), and the checkout time is 2 pm. The room was decent, with a small bathroom. There was a hook that fell off, maybe it wasn't sticking to the wall properly. The hotel has a footbath (you can ask the receptionist how to use it). I hope that they will put instructions on how to use the footbath. My mom said her hair becomes itchy, after washing her hair with the hotel’s shampoo. The hotel has a washing machine and dryer for clothes, as well as for shoes. The breakfast was not bad, but I feel like the plates and utensils are not clean (still greasy).

They set a professional standard that is hard to match. I was traveling with my young child, and the entire team—from the front desk to housekeeping and management—went completely out of their way to make us feel welcome. Every single time we came downstairs, the staff would play with my kid and shower them with so much love, affection, and gifts like candies, chocolates, fruits, and toys (which we are happily carrying back with us to India!). A few special shout-outs to the incredible team members who made our stay unforgettable: Wendy & Quinn: They provided out-of-the-box support when we completely ran out of diapers late in the evening. Finding none nearby, they personally took it upon themselves to arrange and get them for us. That is true dedication to guest comfort. Sherry: Because the hotel is conveniently located near the busy market, Sherry thoughtfully upgraded our room to a much quieter area so my baby could sleep peacefully without any noise disruption. Hanling & Juan Juan: They helped us figure out multiple things during our stay and handled everything with grace. They took such amazing care of my child, playing with them every time we passed through the lobby. Ping Ping & the Housekeeping Team: Ping Ping and another wonderful lady in housekeeping (whose name I unfortunately missed) provided flawless, top-tier service every day. The location is absolutely perfect if you are visiting the market, but it is the genuine warmth and pro-level hospitality of the staff that makes this place a gem. I will absolutely, without a doubt, stay only at this property every single time I visit Yiwu. Thank you, Borrman Hotel team, for taking such incredible care of my family!

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The room was really spacious and bright. The bed was incredibly comfortable and soft. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I highly recommend this hotel!

This stay was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are plenty of options for dining, shopping, and entertainment nearby. My room was clean, tidy, and free of any unpleasant odors. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality, and the hot water supply was abundant and consistently stable. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, polite, and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and I didn't encounter a single issue throughout my stay. The value for money is outstanding. I will definitely prioritize booking here again for my next trip. I genuinely and highly recommend it!

There's a food court downstairs. Breakfast was unique and thoughtful. A very comfortable stay. The front desk lady was very attentive. We were given a room inside. Ctrip even upgraded our room. It's very close to the convention center. Getting a taxi is very convenient.

The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is extremely supportive, polite, and always ready to help, which makes the overall experience even more enjoyable and memorable.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during a business trip to the Yiwu Photovoltaic Exhibition. Many of my colleagues also stayed here. It's quite close to the exhibition hall and very convenient, with a lively area around it. It's perfectly fine for a business trip, and the breakfast offered by the hotel is quite substantial.
