Anonymous UserI thought a hotel this big would have good hygiene, but I never expected the bed hygiene to be so terrible. It was truly disgusting. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my parents. In my room, I found very dirty hair on the bed the night I checked in. By the next morning, my parents' pillows had moldy stains. Since we checked in quite late, past 10 PM, my parents were too tired to notice that night. When they woke up in the morning and saw the pillows, it was absolutely repulsive. I only saw it when I went to my parents' room at checkout. When we reported it to the housekeeper, they actually claimed it was hair dye fading... That's just ridiculous! We sleep like this at home all the time, and our hair doesn't fade. Plus, both pillows had it, and my dad has short, un-dyed hair. How could both pillows be like that? Initially, I was angry that the cleaning staff clearly hadn't done a good job and weren't paying attention. But then the housekeeper actually blamed it on our hair fading... I was truly speechless. In any case, I definitely will not be staying here again.

The room was great, they upgraded us to a lake-view room. Even though it was a national holiday (May Day), the hotel was very well-organized. There were even staff at the main entrance helping open car doors and handle luggage, which was a nice touch. You can open the windows in the room for ventilation, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent, with some local specialties and everything you'd expect. It definitely justified the May Day pricing. Most importantly, the hotel was relatively quiet, and there weren't too many foreigners, which is a big plus in Yiwu! It's also a short taxi ride to the International Trade City (Futian Market).

Went on a self-driving trip to Yiwu with friends and it was getting pretty late, so we just randomly searched for a hotel nearby. Surprisingly, it was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, which is a rare find in new hotels these days. The service was thoughtful; I asked for an extra kids' toothbrush and the front desk happily gave it to me. The breakfast spread was excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu.

QiuqiumamaOur overall stay was fantastic! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, and it even came with an air purifier, which was a really thoughtful touch that made our stay extra comfortable. The bathroom amenities were complete, with disposable facial towels and bath towels provided – the attention to detail was truly heartwarming.
The front desk service was a huge plus. The staff were so gentle and enthusiastic. When we came back from an outing, they even gave us afternoon tea vouchers, so we could enjoy some delicate pastries while we waited. Upon check-out, they presented us with local specialty snacks. There were pleasant surprises throughout our entire stay. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!

My stay at the Yiwu Xingfu Lake International Conference Center truly exceeded all my expectations. John provided exceptional service during check-in, meticulously introducing all the hotel's facilities and even escorting me to my room. The hotel's greatest asset, however, is its exclusive access to the entire Xingfu Lake ecological park. Its sheer size and beautiful environment are absolutely unique in Yiwu. The moment my car entered the gates, I could feel the air becoming fresher, surrounded by lush greenery and a shimmering lake. It felt like diving into a natural oxygen bar, instantly escaping the city's hustle and bustle.
The entire park is exquisitely designed and grand, featuring the clear and expansive Xingfu Lake, winding lakeside wooden boardwalks, elegant water feature plazas, and a particularly atmospheric Rainbow Bridge. On sunny days, the water glistens, and an evening stroll with a gentle breeze is incredibly comfortable. After a rain shower, a light mist rises from the lake, creating a gentle, poetic ambiance. You can stop anywhere to take photos, and every shot is a masterpiece that needs no filter. I especially recommend the popular spiral staircase; it's chic and elegant, perfect for great photos. Living in such an environment, you can go for a run or walk by the lake morning and evening, never feeling bored. I truly feel this isn't just a hotel, but more like a vacation destination where you can deeply relax.
Compared to other hotels in Yiwu, which are either purely business-oriented with little greenery or located in noisy surroundings, Xingfu Lake, with its entire ecological park and convenient proximity to both the city center and transport hubs, is truly irreplaceable. If you're coming to Yiwu for business or leisure and want a quiet, comfortable stay where you wake up to beautiful lake views, this is absolutely the right choice. The value for money is also incredible; for this kind of environment and service, it's truly a steal.

Anonymous UserI saw this hotel recommended on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and decided to bring my kids to visit Yiwu International Trade City during the holidays. We picked this highly-rated hotel, which is about a 16-minute drive from the trade city. To sum it up, the family room with breakfast was quite good value for money. The hotel offers free parking, though it's not a dedicated hotel parking lot. The room was spacious enough and quite clean, but the outlets weren't very good – my charger kept falling out. The breakfast looked plentiful, but the taste was really just average, and the fruit wasn't very fresh. However, the staff (the auntie) was very friendly. If you don't absolutely need to stay right next to the trade city, this is a decent option.

Guest UserThe hotel facilities are all very new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. The entire room is controlled by a smart 'Xiao Du' system, which is very convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The breakfast offered a good variety of ingredients and tasted delicious. The hotel is also conveniently located near a light rail station and close to the train station, making transportation very accessible.

Guest UserThe room was clean, quiet, and smoke-free. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and provided helpful travel information. During check-in, my friend, who didn't have her ID card but had her Chinese passport, had a bit of an unpleasant incident with the local police station, though the issue was eventually resolved. Although it wasn't the hotel's fault, the staff still went out of their way to compensate us. When we checked out, Zoe (the manager) specifically waited for us to apologize, gave us a small gift, and arranged a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. This experience made us feel that Yiwu is definitely a place worth visiting, especially this hotel.
The only minor inconvenience was that, despite being a twin room, there wasn't much privacy. After showering, you step out right next to the washbasin, meaning the other person can see you completely naked (unless you dry off and get dressed in the wet bathroom itself).
The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the International Trade City, with the schedule shown in the picture.

Right from the moment you step into the lobby, this hotel makes a grand impression. The front desk staff are really welcoming and friendly, and they've already put up New Year's decorations, making the whole place feel very festive. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I especially loved having a separate bathtub to soak in. A really excellent hotel! [Strongly recommend]
