JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

JJyoushanwanshuiThe hotel has a great environment and is conveniently located, with a library right next door. There's plenty of parking available, and it's free, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the concierge provided excellent pre-arrival service, arranging an upgrade for us. Any requests we had were handled promptly. The hotel breakfast is extensive, and they have a standard heated pool. The rooms are spacious and bright.

The double-layered windows were excellent, making the room incredibly soundproof, so I had a fantastic night's sleep. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

SSkyWalker28I give Yiwu Yayue Hotel five stars. My family and I arrived with our two boys and the front desk welcomed us with real warmth. The staff stayed friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Breakfast offered many choices, which made it easy to keep everyone happy. Room service worked fast and kept our room tidy and comfortable.
We were also touched by the handwritten note in English. It made the boys smile and made us feel at home. Our stay was very delightful and this hotel has never failed us. I recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel's hygiene was excellent; the room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The latex mattress and goose down pillows were soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The environment was quiet and elegant, with complete and smart facilities, a reasonable layout, and spacious rooms. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail. The location is excellent, making travel convenient, which is perfect for families with children. It offers great value for money, and the stay was superb. I highly recommend it and will choose to stay here again next time I visit Yiwu.

Both the room environment and the staff service far exceeded my expectations. Compared to many hotels I've stayed in before, the attention to detail and the warmth of the service here truly stood out. I specifically wanted to share my pleasant stay before checking out!
This was a short stay, and we were in a continuous occupancy situation. Honestly, in many hotels I've stayed at previously, housekeeping during extended stays often felt perfunctory – just tidying the bed and emptying trash. Water stains on desks, dust in corners, and bathroom nooks were rarely thoroughly cleaned, which significantly compromised the overall cleanliness and the experience. So, when we checked in this time, we didn't have high expectations; we just hoped for something clean and comfortable.
However, the housekeeping service over these three days completely changed my perception. The hotel's housekeeping staff was incredibly professional and responsible, showing no signs of sloppiness or neglect towards our extended stay rooms. Their daily cleaning was meticulous and thorough. Not only did they make the beds, replace linens, and clear all trash, but they also carefully wiped down desks, windowsills, and bedside tables for even the slightest dust. They cleaned bathroom drains and corner stains, and even the easily overlooked water marks on the vanity and mist on the mirror were wiped sparkling clean.
After each day's cleaning, the overall tidiness of the room was identical to when we first checked in. The entire room was fresh, clean, free of odors and dust, and items were neatly arranged, making our stay exceptionally comfortable and reassuring. The staff's service attitude was also remarkably gentle and thoughtful, polite and attentive throughout. Their service was perfectly balanced, never excessively disturbing our rest, while still executing every housekeeping detail to perfection, which made us feel incredibly at ease.
During our three-day stay, we felt completely relaxed. The clean and tidy living environment, coupled with the attentive and high-quality housekeeping service, greatly alleviated the fatigue of our travels. What's most commendable is the hotel's genuine commitment to detail and service, which isn't just superficial. They maintain high standards of hygiene and service for every guest, whether they are new arrivals or extended stays. This dedication and sincerity are truly rare.
Having traveled frequently and stayed in countless hotels, few truly manage to perfect the details and leave a lasting impression. This hotel, with its impeccable hygiene control and warm service, has completely won us over. Compared to other hotels of similar price and caliber, its advantages are very clear, offering excellent value for money.
We had a smooth and efficient check-out today, with no complicated procedures. I sincerely commend the hotel's excellent housekeeping team! I highly recommend this hotel for your travels. XXiaoshiziYiwu, despite being a county-level city, is quite bustling. I stayed at this hotel for a conference and found it convenient that guest rooms and conference rooms are accessed by separate elevators. The lobby bar staff were very attentive, promptly clearing tables and refilling drinks multiple times. Breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles and side dishes tasted great. The swimming pool had a comfortable water temperature in the evening and wasn't crowded. Overall, I had a really good experience this time. I'm planning to bring my family to Yiwu again during the National Day holiday.
