JJiyi-nihaoThis was my first time visiting Yiwu, and I came specifically for the International Trade City. When booking a hotel, I was torn between the Global Hotel near the Trade City and this one. After looking into it, I found that hotels near the Trade City often had issues with noise. So, I decisively chose this local five-star hotel, which also offered three buffet meals and afternoon tea. The location is excellent, very close to both Yiwu International Trade City and Chaoyangmen. The hotel has been recently renovated; the ground floor has a very stylish design, and the overall aesthetic leans towards understated luxury, which I really appreciate. The elevators are fast, and there are even three panoramic elevators. All meals are served on the 22nd floor, offering great views and delicious food. The breakfast spread was quite generous, and I ended up eating too much. It would be even better if the dinner offered a wider variety of seafood and options. However, for the price on Ctrip, it's very good value for money. My room was on a high floor with city views, and the in-room facilities were new and complete. It would be even better if the minibar was complimentary or more reasonably priced. But, but, but the service truly was outstanding! From the moment I checked in, I received thoughtful, butler-style service. I arrived on the first night and left the next morning. The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea could even be packed to go. When checking out, the front desk attendant sweetly gave me a souvenir and some washed fruit to take with me. She was truly beautiful and kind-hearted! Oh, and there's also a Starbucks and a Japanese restaurant on the ground floor. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next trip to Yiwu.

GGuest UserThe room was great, they upgraded us to a lake-view room. Even though it was a national holiday (May Day), the hotel was very well-organized. There were even staff at the main entrance helping open car doors and handle luggage, which was a nice touch. You can open the windows in the room for ventilation, and the breakfast in the morning was excellent, with some local specialties and everything you'd expect. It definitely justified the May Day pricing. Most importantly, the hotel was relatively quiet, and there weren't too many foreigners, which is a big plus in Yiwu! It's also a short taxi ride to the International Trade City (Futian Market).

NNiceChenchen1. When I got to my room, there were long hairs in the bathroom sink.
2. The breakfast was much worse than what you'd find at a Marriott Fairfield, even though the prices are similar. For such a well-designed hotel with great facilities, the breakfast was incredibly disappointing. The service was awful. I wanted to eat noodles, and it was the first time I'd seen cooked 3cm noodles in soup that looked like someone's leftovers. Many people just want a warm bowl of noodle soup in the morning to comfort their stomach.
I asked for a fresh bowl, but the server didn't seem to understand and was quite stubborn, saying, 'Didn't I just tell you this was freshly made?' The person who came over next, presumably a supervisor, was also very reluctant... It's like they want you to shout to get anything done, and I'm not that kind of person. So, I just gave up, didn't eat there, and went to McDonald's instead. This kind of service attitude is hard to reconcile with a Wyndham property; it's definitely worse than the one in Wenzhou. As someone who stays in hotels 100 days a year, I find this standard unacceptable; it's far worse than services at Huazhu Hotels and similar chains. What a waste of such nice decor.
Such good hardware and facilities in this complex are let down by terrible service and a lazy, careless team. It's hard to trust them. I recommend strengthening management.

SSkyWalker28I give Yiwu Yayue Hotel five stars. My family and I arrived with our two boys and the front desk welcomed us with real warmth. The staff stayed friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Breakfast offered many choices, which made it easy to keep everyone happy. Room service worked fast and kept our room tidy and comfortable.
We were also touched by the handwritten note in English. It made the boys smile and made us feel at home. Our stay was very delightful and this hotel has never failed us. I recommend it without hesitation.

The hotel is surrounded by vast gardens and Xingfu Lake, offering a tranquil and elegant environment. It doesn't feel like you're in a city at all; it's more like staying in a natural oxygen bar. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding, and impeccable cleanliness. Each room comes with a scenic balcony, and waking up to the lake view and greenery instantly lifts your spirits. Traveling with kids is also super easy, as the hotel thoughtfully provides cribs and children's amenities, and there's a kids' play area within the resort where children can have a blast. The dining options are abundant, and the breakfast hours are very reasonable, allowing even late risers to enjoy it. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes, and the Chinese restaurant serves authentic local and Cantonese cuisine, prepared with care – both kids and adults loved it. The staff are warm and attentive, providing thoughtful guidance from check-in to check-out and responding promptly. The location is convenient, close to the International Trade City and the high-speed rail station, making travel easy. Whether it's a family vacation or a relaxing getaway, you'll have a fantastic experience here, with incredible value for money. Highly recommended, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yiwu!

This time, I specifically booked a six-day continuous stay, and even after just a few days, the experience left me feeling incredibly warm and pleasantly surprised. It really solidified why I repeatedly choose this hotel and enthusiastically recommend it to friends and family.
I'm from Guangdong, and a daily tea-drinking ritual is deeply ingrained in my life – it's an indispensable part of my routine. Having stayed at the Global Hotel for years, I was genuinely touched to find that the staff had subtly remembered my preference and taken even the smallest details to heart. At other hotels, I'd always have to proactively request bottled water every day, which was not only inconvenient but also interrupted my leisurely tea-making. However, upon opening the door to Room 1288 this time, I was immediately moved.
The staff, knowing about my six-day stay, had pre-stocked the room with an ample supply of bottled water, perfectly meeting all my tea-making needs for the entire duration. I didn't have to remind anyone daily or repeatedly contact the front desk for refills, completely eliminating all cumbersome communication. This proactive anticipation and thoughtful, pre-emptive service truly resonated with me. Hotel service here isn't about rigid, standardized procedures; it's about genuinely remembering the habits of each regular guest and tailoring details to their actual needs, making me, a traveler on the go, feel truly warm and valued.
Throughout my entire stay, the hotel's service was consistently meticulous and perfectly balanced. The staff were gentle, polite, and responsive, offering service that was proactive yet unobtrusive, thoughtful yet not intrusive – they perfectly understood the nuances of good service. My room was spotlessly clean, comfortably arranged, and the environment was quiet and relaxing, providing me with a peaceful sanctuary to unwind amidst my busy schedule. Every day's living experience was comfortable and pleasant.
What truly struck me is that genuine good service is never about temporary pandering; it's about a long-term commitment to care. XXiaoshiziYiwu, despite being a county-level city, is quite bustling. I stayed at this hotel for a conference and found it convenient that guest rooms and conference rooms are accessed by separate elevators. The lobby bar staff were very attentive, promptly clearing tables and refilling drinks multiple times. Breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles and side dishes tasted great. The swimming pool had a comfortable water temperature in the evening and wasn't crowded. Overall, I had a really good experience this time. I'm planning to bring my family to Yiwu again during the National Day holiday.
