"I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. From the moment I arrived until check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Miss Iris, who truly made our stay exceptional. She kindly upgraded our room, which made our trip even more enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, patiently answering all of my questions and always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. Every time I had a problem, I simply reached out to her, and it was solved right away. She also made both the check-in and check-out process quick and effortless. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness are a real credit to the hotel. The food was excellent with plenty of delicious options. My absolute favorite part of the hotel was the Executive Lounge. It became my go-to place to relax, work, and enjoy a meal. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and the view is simply the best in town. It’s the perfect space if you want to unwind or get some work done. While I wasn’t particularly impressed with the swimming pool and sauna (I have experienced better facilities at other hotels) but the gym definitely made up for it. It was well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised to find Reformer Pilates machines, which is something you don’t often see in hotel gyms. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The outstanding service, especially from Miss Iris, the excellent food, and the Executive Lounge made this a memorable experience. Most hotel lobbies offer the same old welcome drinks – a perpetually lukewarm pitcher of lemon water or chrysanthemum tea. I thought this was just the industry standard until I stayed at the Yiwu Global Hotel. I was so incredibly touched by their meticulous and thoughtful details that I simply had to write this glowing, five-star review. From the moment I walked into the lobby for check-in, I noticed the beautifully arranged, large glass beverage dispensers next to the front desk. The vibrant fruit tea, with its fresh fruit slices, was visually refreshing and instantly appealing. I initially just poured a cup to quench my thirst, and it was delightfully sweet and crisp, bursting with fresh fruit flavor. I casually complimented the front desk staff on how good it was, and their reply genuinely surprised me: the hotel's complimentary daily welcome fruit tea operates on a seven-day rotation, with a completely different special blend offered each day of the week. This means every guest who visits can enjoy a unique, specially crafted tea. After learning this detail, curiosity led me to extend my stay for a few more days, and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's dedication. On Monday, I tried the pineapple iced tea – a single sip delivered the crispness of pineapple and the sweetness of preserved plum; it was absolutely divine. I won't go into detail about the other varieties, but there were seven distinct flavors over seven days, balancing hot and cold, sweet and savory, to cater to different seasons and guests of all ages. During hot summer days, they feature refreshing and detoxifying iced fruit teas, while on rainy days, they offer warm, stomach-soothing hot brewed teas. Even the fruit used in the ingredients is freshly sourced daily, rejecting concentrated syrups, ensuring every sip delivers genuine fresh fruit aroma. Many hotels treat welcome drinks as a perfunctory, standard service, believing that simply providing water is sufficient. Few are willing to invest the time, effort, and cost to constantly change their recipes daily. However, this hotel goes above and beyond in such a seemingly minor detail. There's no forced consumption or marketing gimmicks; it's simply their desire for every guest, each day they arrive and depart, to experience a small sense of freshness and ceremony. For business travelers constantly on the move, a different fresh fruit tea each day can alleviate travel fatigue and reduce the feeling of unfamiliarity in a new place. It's not just the lobby tea that's thoughtfully prepared; you can feel the same meticulous approach in the in-room amenities and staff service. The seven-day rotating fruit tea, while seemingly a small gesture, reflects the hotel management's core philosophy of truly prioritizing the guest experience: not cutting corners on any detail, not neglecting any guest, and transforming ordinary basic services into something fresh and delightful. Standardized service is common, but hotels willing to continually refine subtle details and proactively create small surprises are rare. A daily changing fresh fruit tea, though inexpensive and not large in quantity, is packed with genuine sincerity. In the future, every time I visit Yiwu, I will definitely choose this hidden gem of a hotel. I sincerely recommend it to all friends traveling or on business here. Seeing true care in the little things – that, perhaps, is the most moving aspect of a good hotel."

"The room was clean, quiet, and smoke-free. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and provided helpful travel information. During check-in, my friend, who didn't have her ID card but had her Chinese passport, had a bit of an unpleasant incident with the local police station, though the issue was eventually resolved. Although it wasn't the hotel's fault, the staff still went out of their way to compensate us. When we checked out, Zoe (the manager) specifically waited for us to apologize, gave us a small gift, and arranged a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. This experience made us feel that Yiwu is definitely a place worth visiting, especially this hotel. The only minor inconvenience was that, despite being a twin room, there wasn't much privacy. After showering, you step out right next to the washbasin, meaning the other person can see you completely naked (unless you dry off and get dressed in the wet bathroom itself). The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the International Trade City, with the schedule shown in the picture."

"Had a great experience! They really paid attention to the little details when traveling with kids. First off, when checking in, they noticed I had a child. Even though the booking was for two breakfasts, they proactively offered a complimentary breakfast for my child. Before, I've often had to pay a small extra fee, but my child never eats much, so sometimes we'd just eat out. This thoughtfulness truly showed they understand the needs of families with children. Also, the bedding felt great—pure cotton and quite thick, and there were six pillows! The quality for the price was excellent. The decor was also lovely. A suggestion: it would be helpful to have a sign or tip at the entrance for taxis. It's best to set the GPS location to a specific securities entrance because the main hotel entrance has a fence, and drivers stay on the main road and can't get through. The first time I ordered a taxi, I waited 7-8 minutes, and when the driver arrived, they didn't know or didn't go to the front intersection to wait for us and just canceled, which wasted a lot of time."

"I only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile. I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots. The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me. The entire process was natural and thoughtful, without any pretense. It's these small things that make you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kiko."

Taking the elevator straight to the 22nd floor, as the doors slowly open, a breathtaking panoramic view of the urban nightscape unfolds before your eyes. That 'God's-eye view' delivers a shock that instantly makes you forget the fatigue of your journey. With panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can watch as the stunning Xiuhu Lake scenery and bustling streetscapes merge into the night. Every photo you snap is a masterpiece, no filters needed. This experience of taking in the city's splendor while enjoying a unique sense of 'cloud-top tranquility' was definitely the most valuable surprise of this trip. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking romance and quality; it's not just a check-in lobby, but a magnificent city observation deck."

"Check-in was super fast, and the room had no strange smells. All the facilities worked perfectly, and the environment was quiet and peaceful. It was really convenient for getting around for business. I felt very secure staying here, truly a top-notch hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and all the staff were very polite. The concierge communicated smoothly, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to get some great rest. I'm extremely satisfied with this stay."

"Great location and a brand new hotel with modern facilities. All the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to our every need. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel is conveniently located right next to the Xinguanghui shopping mall, making dining very easy. It's also within walking distance to the District 1 of the Trade City. Getting a taxi was also very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel lobby is spacious and impressive, with a Starbucks on the left and a McDonald's on the right. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Our room was super large, and the bathroom was also bright and spacious. The gym is a professional, third-party facility, open 24 hours, and accessible via the same elevator – it was my son's favorite! Unfortunately, the swimming pool and basketball court were closed due to a typhoon, which was a shame. The biggest highlight was definitely the breakfast: a wide variety of dishes, fresh fruit, and delicious made-to-order noodles with toppings. There are two large supermarkets nearby, which was convenient for daily necessities, and the hotel is close to a commercial center and the highway. Overall, I'd highly recommend it."
