The staff here are truly exceptional- with genuine smiles and attentive service that makes you feel wonderfully warm and welcoming. The front desk girls, in particular, stand out: professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything, whether it’s travel advice, a quick check-in, or simply making you feel welcome at each encounter.
A special thank you to Cici for arranging a car and helping me with my luggage today- your thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated and made my travel so much easier.
The location is ideal: directly opposite Binwang Market for late-night snacks, and just a short 15–20 minute ride to the railway station, which I’ve used often for travel. Yiwu, and indeed all of China, feels safe at any hour, day or night, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel goes above and beyond with its hospitality: I was upgraded to a better room, given free coffee vouchers, and even a small bag of goodies to enjoy at the airport (incase I get hungry)- such a cute and thoughtful touch.
If you’re visiting, this hotel has an exceptional service, warm hospitality, and very convenience location. One small suggestion: it would be wonderful if the bathroom lighting were a bit brighter, especially for ladies doing their makeup. Otherwise, the hotel offers a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Breakfast was solid, with a good selection. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserI have to commend the hotel staff for their exceptionally warm and friendly service. They greeted us as soon as we walked in, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. When we checked out, they patiently helped us store our luggage. If we had any questions about the hotel, they'd explain everything thoroughly and patiently. They were quick to respond to all our requests, making our stay very attentive and thoughtful. The breakfast selection was incredibly rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, with fresh, delicious food and clean, hygienic ingredients. The hotel's breakfast is truly outstanding; every morning we left feeling completely satisfied, with plenty of fruits and drinks available. The front desk can also assist with mailing packages, and they even have a guide map for the nearby shopping mall. The staff will patiently explain which areas are best to visit.

GGuest UserMy stay at OCHAIN PUSHINE was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right near the International Trade City. The lobby is elegant, the room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and professional, providing thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. It was a comfortable experience all around, full marks, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu!

The room amenities were convenient, and the front desk service was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and always willing to help. Plus, the room rate was affordable, and parking was free. I was very satisfied with my stay! It's also super convenient for getting around; a taxi ride takes just a few minutes.

The smart voice assistant, Xiaodu, was a lifesaver – so convenient to close the curtains or turn on all the lights with just a voice command. The overall experience was good, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. They paid attention to every detail.

GGuest UserOn the way back from Wuyishan, I stayed at this hotel, which was a bit beyond my expectations. The family room for less than 700 yuan during the May Day holiday was much better than the so-called family room for 900 yuan I stayed in Wuyishan. What was even more surprising was that the breakfast was very delicious and rich, with a full range of varieties. Although the presentation was not as eye-catching as that of a five-star hotel, the taste was really good and it was made with care. If I come to Yiwu again, this hotel is my first choice, the price-performance ratio is really high

ZZhecizhendelaizhendeka99 points! The front desk staff were lovely and very welcoming. The room was super clean and although not huge, it was comfortable. Plus, they even have a gym and a billiards table! Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious and plentiful. I only stayed one night, but I noticed there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I was extremely satisfied!

AAbdalaffuI stayed at Xizi Libai International Hotel for 3 nights on my first visit, and overall it was a positive experience.
The location is excellent, situated between Futian 2 and Futian 3, which makes it very convenient. The staff are extremely friendly. Although they don’t speak English, they genuinely try their best to communicate in any way possible, which I really appreciated.
Access to the upper floors is smooth and efficient. The room was very spacious with a great view. Cleanliness was acceptable, though it could be improved.
I stayed in room 1103, and one of the marble tiles in the shower floor was broken, which was a bit uncomfortable.
There is a fridge in the room, which is a big plus. Also, the hotel offers a good number of washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. Check-out was easy and quick.
However, during peak hours (5–7 PM), it was difficult to get a DiDi ride.
I would recommend this hotel to others. There are also some halal restaurants nearby, which is a great advantage.
