"I booked this room for a client. The hotel is very close to the International Trade City, which is supposedly a 'world supermarket' where you can find anything imaginable. It's also near the Yiwu Spring Festival Gala branch venue. The lobby is spacious, and the air conditioning was nice and warm. The puri bread in the restaurant was golden brown and looked very appealing; it was absolutely amazing with the curry sauce! The service was genuinely excellent too. As soon as we arrived, someone helped with our luggage and offered tea, plus there was freshly ground coffee ☕️. The lobby bar even had a free printing area, which was incredibly thoughtful. The service is truly fantastic, and it immediately felt like New Year's. I'll definitely book here again for my next stay."

"My stay this time wasn't great, mainly due to two issues: 1. **Room Hardware Problem:** When I took a shower at night, I found the drain was completely blocked. The water wouldn't go down at all, and within a few minutes, it overflowed the shower stall, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can regularly check and unblock drains. 2. **Breakfast Service Issue:** This one needs to be highlighted. In the morning, while having breakfast downstairs, an older lady working at one of the food stations had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked her questions, she was unresponsive and dismissive, not even giving me noodles, acting as if I owed her money. I was hoping to start my day with a pleasant breakfast, but instead, I ended up infuriated. As a service industry, basic politeness and a good attitude should be a given, right? Overall, the room issue is understandable, but poor service attitude is truly unacceptable. I hope the hotel provides training for its staff. I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. The 2.5-star rating is given to the breakfast manager and the housekeeping manager, whose attitudes were sincere; however, the training for the lower-level service staff definitely needs to be strengthened!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free, with soft and comfortable bedding. The service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were complete and well-maintained. It offers great value for money, and my overall stay experience was very good."

"The location is great, just across the street from District 3 of the International Trade City. There's a parking lot right in front, so parking is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the room is quiet for sleeping. Besides the International Trade City, Yiwu Tiandi, Jiming Pavilion, and Lizu Village are all worth visiting. Korean Street is a food street, but it's not as good as Yiwu Tiandi."

"Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary. When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was. On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start."

"Great location, staff was helpful, but I had tj sheets stained with blood. I complained but nothing was done. They should be more aware of that and can’t just leave sheets stained with blood in thwre. If sheets cannot be cleaned they should throw them away!"

"The room was comfy, and my child absolutely loved the bathtub – they had a great soak! The service was also very attentive, offering travel tips. I really enjoyed the tea brewed in the hallway; I'd grab a cup every time I came back or headed out, and it tasted wonderful. Upon check-in, each room received complimentary welcome fruits and snacks. My child liked the sweets so much that they asked for an extra packet from one of the staff members, who kindly went to get it for them. Highly recommend!"

The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, and the marble countertops and smart mirror showcased real quality. The amenities were complete and high-end, making for a very pleasant washing experience. The breakfast was a major highlight of this stay! The buffet offered a rich variety, from fresh seasonal fruits and freshly baked bread to Chinese pastries and made-to-order noodles – truly something for everyone. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were authentic, especially the freshly prepared noodles with their rich broth and abundant toppings, leaving a lasting impression. The dining area was clean and tidy, and the staff promptly refilled dishes, making for a perfect experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was smiling and proactively offered assistance. Room service was prompt, and any request was handled quickly. The hotel's public areas were also very well-maintained. Whether for business travel or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice. The service was attentive and thorough, and the breakfast was truly unforgettable. I've already added it to my must-stay list, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"
