"The service was excellent and very polite; they helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room. The cleanliness was also great, everything was spotless. They even upgraded me to a suite for free, which was very spacious and located on the 5th floor. The environment and everything else were quite good, and it was convenient to go downstairs for shopping and dining. Futian Phase II is right across the street, super close. The room facilities were complete. I've stayed here for so long that I'm now spoiled for other hotels. Overall, I'm very satisfied."

"I booked this room for a client. The hotel is very close to the International Trade City, which is supposedly a 'world supermarket' where you can find anything imaginable. It's also near the Yiwu Spring Festival Gala branch venue. The lobby is spacious, and the air conditioning was nice and warm. The puri bread in the restaurant was golden brown and looked very appealing; it was absolutely amazing with the curry sauce! The service was genuinely excellent too. As soon as we arrived, someone helped with our luggage and offered tea, plus there was freshly ground coffee ☕️. The lobby bar even had a free printing area, which was incredibly thoughtful. The service is truly fantastic, and it immediately felt like New Year's. I'll definitely book here again for my next stay."

The hotel facilities are new, and having a washer and dryer is really handy. Service was very responsive. "My stay this time wasn't great, mainly due to two issues:
1. **Room Hardware Problem:** When I took a shower at night, I found the drain was completely blocked. The water wouldn't go down at all, and within a few minutes, it overflowed the shower stall, flooding the entire bathroom floor. I hope the hotel can regularly check and unblock drains.
2. **Breakfast Service Issue:** This one needs to be highlighted. In the morning, while having breakfast downstairs, an older lady working at one of the food stations had an extremely poor attitude. When I asked her questions, she was unresponsive and dismissive, not even giving me noodles, acting as if I owed her money. I was hoping to start my day with a pleasant breakfast, but instead, I ended up infuriated. As a service industry, basic politeness and a good attitude should be a given, right?
Overall, the room issue is understandable, but poor service attitude is truly unacceptable. I hope the hotel provides training for its staff. I won't be considering this hotel again in the future. The 2.5-star rating is given to the breakfast manager and the housekeeping manager, whose attitudes were sincere; however, the training for the lower-level service staff definitely needs to be strengthened!"

"A truly welcoming stay at Jinhao Mingdu Hotel, Yiwu
We had a wonderful stay at Jinhao Mingdu Hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very well-equipped — there was a hairdryer, coffee, an electric kettle, and even a full set of toiletries that was refreshed daily. I was genuinely impressed that every day we received new toothbrushes and toothpaste for each guest, plus there were soft bathrobes available, including a child-sized one for my little one. Hand wash, shower gel, shampoo, and tissues were always replenished without having to ask.
The breakfast was a real highlight — a rich and varied buffet with both Chinese national dishes and European options, so everyone could find something they liked. Fresh, tasty, and constantly restocked.
Housekeeping was excellent: every day the room was tidied, bed linen and towels were changed, and everything was left immaculate. What made the stay even more pleasant was the incredibly friendly staff. The reception team was always welcoming and helpful, and the ladies who cleaned the rooms were kind, smiling, and very hardworking.
All these thoughtful touches made me feel genuinely cared for. If I return to Yiwu, I will definitely choose Jinhao Mingdu Hotel again"

"1. The hotel is located at a crossroads with many Middle Eastern restaurants nearby, and the Three Stalls Night Market is just around the corner. You'll see quite a few Middle Eastern visitors in the area. 2. For Block B rooms, take the elevator to the third floor, turn left, and walk past a large billiards hall. My room was on the 7th floor, so I had to take another elevator up to the seventh floor. 3. There's a parking area downstairs, but if you're unlucky, you might not find a spot as cars are constantly coming and going."

GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience:
1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression.
2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

MM430570****As a first-timer in Yiwu, I found this hotel incredibly thoughtful. Right at the entrance, there was a map and detailed guide to the International Trade City, which was very helpful. The hotel's location directly across from the market is super convenient. The breakfast was also excellent, and the front desk staff were all very warm, always ready to answer questions and fulfill requests. The room was clean, making for a really pleasant stay.

MMMYZDFive-star rating across the board! The location is excellent – it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Santing Road Night Market, and Sultan Restaurant is right across the street. Leifeng Milk Tea is also just a two or three-minute stroll away. A taxi to District 1 of the International Trade City costs less than 10 yuan. The room is very spacious, and all the staff are super friendly. For breakfast, I have to rave about the mini wontons and the roasted chicken wings – especially the chicken wings, which taste like they're prepared in the style of the Turkish restaurants you see all over Yiwu, absolutely delicious! The coffee is also rich and strong, the perfect way to kick off a new day. The only minor issue is the soundproofing. The guests upstairs were stomping around past midnight, and it was quite frustrating to be woken up by that. At that point, I also noticed how clearly you could hear cars driving by outside.

GGuest UserFacilities: A 5-minute walk to the Yiwu International Trade City District 1. For this location and price, with the room size and amenities, I'm already very satisfied!
Cleanliness: Staying on the 3rd floor, besides the really smelly carpet in the public hallway, everything else was satisfactory. The sheets were clean.
I stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping staff tidied up the room and bathroom every day.
Breakfast really surprised me! For a hotel costing just over 200 yuan a night, they even include breakfast.
Plus, there were quite a few options, and the small wontons were delicious, highly recommend!

I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless.
On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue.
Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.

AARAS_313Overall, the stay was good, but the experience at reception really put a dent in it. We arrived a bit early around 7:30am, not realizing that check-in wasn’t until 10am. That’s on us, but the way it was handled wasn’t great. Instead of calmly explaining, the receptionist was quite rude and raised her voice, which felt unnecessary.
When we returned later, I spoke with someone more senior possibly the manager, who said she would address the issue. I also made sure to express directly how uncomfortable the situation was.
On the positive side, the room itself was really nice and comfortable, which helped make up for the rough start.

Parking is convenient, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, it is especially easy to go out by car, whether it is to go to the attractions or the business district is very convenient. The room is OK, the space is not cramped, and the daily activities are completely enough. Toiletries are also quite complete, toothbrushes, combs and face towels are individually packaged, and you can rest assured. Cleaning will be cleaned on time, changing garbage bags and replenishing daily necessities are very timely, and the desktop floor is always clean. The front desk and floor attendants are very good. They patiently answer questions when checking in. They also take the initiative to help with luggage when checking out. They smile all the time and feel very kind. Next time I come here, I should choose this one again.

RRustambekThe room was so old but the location is very near to futian market. Everyday cleaning the room and the stuff is helpful. The first day i found that the warm water cauldn't use in the bathroom the stuff helped me to change the room. May be I suppose choosing this hotel for the next time. Near the hotel there is a small night market where you can buy many fresh fruits and juices for the chippest price and try to eat national foods of Chinese people.
