Service: As soon as I arrived, the front desk attendant greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was simple, clear, and very fast.
Summary: Overall, the stay was quite good. The hotel's facilities and equipment are very new, and the space is large. Plus, it's close to Fotang Ancient Town, and right next to Baolong Plaza, making shopping very convenient. If I come to Fotang again, I will definitely choose Berman Hotel. Thumbs up! 🤙🤙🤙

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the overall ambiance simple yet cozy, ensuring a very peaceful sleep.
The hotel amenities are a huge plus! ✨ The complimentary self-service laundry room is equipped with LG washer-dryers, so laundry during your trip is completely hassle-free. The gym has a full range of equipment, perfect for a workout and relaxation in your free time.
There are also thoughtful snacks in the common areas, including fresh fruit, sweet roasted sweet potatoes, and handmade desserts and drinks available at any time. I also got to try the DIY bead craft activity at the hotel, which was a lot of fun.
The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location is excellent, making it convenient for both travel and shopping. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Yiwu, highly recommended!

Next time I visit, I'll probably choose this place again. The only downside might be that you have to walk a bit to find late-night snacks, but everything else was great. The room was very spacious; there were four of us – two adults and kids aged 13 and 10. We pushed the twin beds together, and it was perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The shower water was also very nice.
The breakfast was quite ample, with hot food stations. I felt the restaurant supervisor was very responsible, constantly ensuring cleaners cleared tables and the kitchen replenished food. Even with the crowds during the May Day holiday, we always found a seat during peak times. The hot food options like mini wontons and rice noodles were good.
Most importantly, the location is excellent. It's literally just a two-minute walk to the corridors of Districts 3 and 2. Shopping for stationery, luggage, and outdoor gear is right outside the door. So, on our last day, before checking out, we spent another 30 minutes stocking up. For Districts 1 and 6, we drove. Although it's not very far, parking is convenient at the trade city, so we preferred to save our energy for walking inside the mall rather than trekking through District 2.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, not only checking me in quickly but also providing detailed information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions. My room was on a high floor with an expansive view, offering a stunning city nightscape as soon as I opened the window. The lighting was soft, the bedding comfortable, and the mattress just right – not too soft, not too firm. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no dust visible on any air conditioning vents. Breakfast was another highlight: the buffet offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, coffee, milk, and bread. The hotel paid attention to every detail throughout my stay, and I especially appreciated the free luggage storage. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this hotel provides the perfect balance of comfort and respect. A heartfelt thank you to every staff member for their dedicated effort; I genuinely recommend this place to all my friends! Especially the front desk, they were very kind and welcoming!

This was my first time staying in this area. It's quieter than the Galaxy District business district. The front desk was friendly and the room was clean. The only downside is that the hotel facilities are a bit dated. It was a comfortable stay at a good price. Recommended!
