AAnonymous UserRoom is modern, clean, and fully equipped with amenities, location is strategic, close to the ancient town and many restaurants nearby, but staff takes too much time checking personal identity, making us wait for 20 minutes and didn't offer anything (like drinks) when guest is waiting.

GGuest UserThe room was cozy, the front desk staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was quiet amidst the city. The internet wasn't working in the room I first stayed in, but I told the staff there, and it was immediately resolved. They even moved me to a new room, and even though they'd already moved, the staff wasn't fussy at all. The internet was still unstable in the new room, and I hope the hotel can continue to improve on these details! Also, the front desk was very diligent in registering visitors, and I felt very safe throughout my stay. While the internet experience was a little unpleasant, it was overall excellent and I'd definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI had an absolute blast of a time staying at this hotel and I can confidently say that I will visit again (very soon). They treated my family and I amazingly, they even let us change rooms several times.
The staff were also extremely friendly and hospitable.
The area is also a plus, as it can house the families of students studying in the nearby universities. Ancient Fotang Town is also nearby, making it a great place to explore and wander.
The breakfast was delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. Would highly recommend this hotel!

I also introduced the surrounding food and transportation intimately. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western, and the taste is great.
