MMahmoudThe hotel and management are of the finest services, even more excellent than the services of 5-star hotels. The most important thing is that they care about the customer’s comments, especially the manager, and I did not find this in Thailand or Europe. AAxiandarenThe reason for the renewal, the boss was very polite to upgrade the room type for free, and the room was very clean. The washing towels are disposable, so don't worry about hygiene. The computer configuration is very high, the screen is also very large, very satisfied. It is worth mentioning that although it is an e-sports room, the mattresses and pillows are also very good. I wish the boss a fortune, you can upgrade the peripherals next time you come.

GGuest UserThe room was very comfortable, and the bed provided an excellent night's sleep. Housekeeping was spot on, and the room was meticulously cleaned. We even received complimentary fruit in the room. What's more, upon check-in, we were offered tea, ice cream, and a map of the commercial city. When we left, they gave us a Yiwu refrigerator magnet. I'd give them five stars for that! 🌟
However, breakfast definitely needs improvement. During the May Day holiday, it was incredibly chaotic due to the large number of guests. The food display was disorganized, and the quality of ingredients wasn't up to par. This really needs to be addressed. The juice, in particular, tasted like bottled juice poured straight from the supermarket – it was overly sweet and felt like it had artificial ingredients. For desserts, I'd suggest looking at other hotels for inspiration, as both the breakfast and afternoon tea desserts didn't seem to appeal to the target guests. Also, some of the seat cushions were quite dirty. For the dining department, I can only give three stars. 🌟

GGuest UserMy stay at OCHAIN PUSHINE was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right near the International Trade City. The lobby is elegant, the room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and professional, providing thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. It was a comfortable experience all around, full marks, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yiwu!

SSkyWalker28I give Yiwu Yayue Hotel five stars. My family and I arrived with our two boys and the front desk welcomed us with real warmth. The staff stayed friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Breakfast offered many choices, which made it easy to keep everyone happy. Room service worked fast and kept our room tidy and comfortable.
We were also touched by the handwritten note in English. It made the boys smile and made us feel at home. Our stay was very delightful and this hotel has never failed us. I recommend it without hesitation.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my business trip and its location is excellent. It's right across from a shopping mall and next to a well-stocked convenience store, which is very handy. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the front desk service is warm and welcoming, and the interior design has a retro feel. The room hygiene was good, and I had a great night's sleep. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

XXiaofengziThe hotel is very close to the International Trade City District 3, just a short walk away. There are tons of restaurants nearby, truly a world of choices, even for dining. The room size is average, with just a bed and a small round table, so space isn't particularly generous. The air conditioning needs to be controlled by a smart speaker, and the bedside table panel light can't be turned off – I had to block it with a pillow to be able to sleep. Breakfast is upstairs, and it's decent with a good variety, but the breakfast area is also small. It could get quite crowded during holidays like May Day, National Day, or Chinese New Year. Everything else was fine; the front desk staff were quite welcoming.

I had another wonderful experience at this hotel. I decided to extend my stay for an extra night and went to reception, where Felix assisted me. He handled everything smoothly and made the process completely effortless.
On my departure day, I realised I had left my room card and phone charger in the room after checking out. I went back to reception, and once again Felix was there to help. Without hesitation, he made me a new key card so I could go straight up and retrieve my belongings immediately. His quick thinking and willingness to help turned a stressful moment into a non-issue.
Felix truly embodies what great hospitality looks like – professional, proactive, and genuinely caring. The hotel is lucky to have him. I’ll definitely be returning.

Room is equipped with modern design furniture. Breakfast is ok.
What I have missed: mirror in the bathroom. Also checkin was a bit irritating as keycard didn't work and receptionist didn't give Breakfast voucher for 3 days right away but only 1
