Guest UserMy stay at Yiwu Jindou Hotel was great. The room was well-maintained and clean, and the bathroom was dry with no strange odors. The room window supported independent ventilation, making the airflow feel very comfortable. The complimentary welcome fruit was of good quality, fresh, and delicious. While the lobby was grand, the guest rooms were the real highlight, offering a comfort level beyond expectations. This is a genuine review, and it's my top choice for families with older children. The kids' room is separate and incredibly quiet! Thumbs up!👍

Guest UserAs night falls and the city lights up, the true magic of the Yiwu KaiChen K Hotel's 'Sky Cloud Lobby' truly comes alive. Taking the elevator straight to the 22nd floor, as the doors slowly open, a breathtaking panoramic view of the urban nightscape unfolds before your eyes. That 'God's-eye view' delivers a shock that instantly makes you forget the fatigue of your journey.
With panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, you can watch as the stunning Xiuhu Lake scenery and bustling streetscapes merge into the night. Every photo you snap is a masterpiece, no filters needed. This experience of taking in the city's splendor while enjoying a unique sense of 'cloud-top tranquility' was definitely the most valuable surprise of this trip. I highly recommend it to all travelers seeking romance and quality; it's not just a check-in lobby, but a magnificent city observation deck.

HuaerzipengkelaThis hotel is part of the O.C.E.A.N. series' 'light luxury' collection and boasts an excellent location. It's just a five to six-minute drive or taxi ride to the Yiwu International Trade City (District 1). Step out of the hotel, cross the pedestrian bridge, and you're at the San Ting Road Night Market. Both Sultan Turkish Restaurant and Jimão Huà Táng (a local specialty shop) are only a five to six-minute walk away. It's truly the best location in the Binwang Road area!
Since this trip was with elderly family members and children, I called the hotel a day in advance to request two adjoining rooms. Upon arrival the next day, the hotel kindly upgraded one of our rooms, fulfilling our request! It's an internationally-friendly hotel, and while the breakfast is served in a Halal restaurant, the variety is extensive. It offers a rich, healthy, and delicious array of exotic flavors. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yiwu for a pleasant shopping experience!

Guest UserThe room facilities are very new, and the hygiene is excellent – it's impeccably clean. All the staff we encountered were wonderful. The room itself is soundproof, which is a plus. In the lobby, they offer fruit tea, ice cream, and a coffee machine. Breakfast options are limited, but the food tastes good, and the restaurant has a great view. It's within walking distance to District 1 of the International Trade City, but for other districts, I'd recommend taking a taxi. It's also a bit far from the subway station, and walking in the summer heat can be tiring, so a taxi is definitely the best option. We went to Qingkou Night Market, recommended by the concierge, and it's much more spacious than Binwang Night Market. Qingkou has many food choices, and it mainly sells clothes, with not many toys. For toys, District 6 of the Trade City has a wider variety than District 1. District 1 primarily has plush dolls, catering more to girls' toys, so if you're looking for boys' toys, head to District 6.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation links nearby, and a wide array of restaurants and convenience stores. It's really hassle-free for daily meals, shopping, and getting around, making it perfect for both leisure travel and business trips. The hotel lobby is simple yet grand, with a sleek and appealing design. It smells fresh and clean. The front desk staff are gentle, polite, and check-in was very fast with a simple process. They provide detailed information about meal times and Wi-Fi passwords, which is very thoughtful and considerate. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. They are very clean, and the climate control system works perfectly – it's so convenient to turn on the TV and close the curtains. The duvet is very soft, and the room layout is well-designed. The environment is quiet, and the facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive. Hot water comes out quickly and the temperature is stable. The internet is fast and reliable, and the air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool. I had a very pleasant stay.

Guest UserI stayed here with my elderly parents and my children, and the whole family was extremely satisfied! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and not at all cramped. The 'Love Lake' across the street is very pleasant. The staff were friendly and proactively helped us with our luggage. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with flavors suitable for all ages. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – such thoughtful service! The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail. The facilities are comprehensive and easy to use. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and we all ate very well. The overall service was attentive; this is definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations!

Anonymous UserFacilities: To be honest, the decor looks quite trendy, but the carpets and such felt a bit old and worn.
Hygiene: Because it was old, it didn't feel very clean. I started sneezing as soon as I entered the room. Later, when I went to a nearby mall, I suspect it was due to plush toys, and my rhinitis flared up.
Environment: It's directly opposite Yiwu Heart, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast was pretty good, probably because it was a weekend. The room, however, felt a bit small.
Service: The service was excellent. They arranged a room away from the street for us and provided disposable toiletries and slippers for the child. Any issues were addressed very quickly.

Anonymous UserThere are many great restaurants around this hotel. I found this one through a video, and it happened to be a good day to try it out. It's not bad, the environment is very nice, and there are a lot of foreigners. The night market is great for both eating and shopping.

Anonymous UserI only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile.
I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise.
In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots.
The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me. The entire process was natural and thoughtful, without any pretense.
It's these small things that make you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kiko.
