GGuest UserYiwu Kai Chen Puyue boasts a superb location, close to both the market and the night market, making it super convenient for both business and leisure. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable, and all the facilities are brand new. The Halal breakfast is exceptionally well-prepared, from ingredients to cooking, which gives you complete peace of mind. The front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. I'll definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe room was nice and very clean, but the TV couldn't screen mirror, so it felt a bit lacking in smart features. The three meals overall were decent, with a good variety of ingredients, not just an afterthought. Here are a couple of things that weren't great about the dining experience:
1. The BBQ area was a pretty bad experience. A large group of people were queuing, and by the time it was your turn, the food might be gone – and this wasn't even a holiday! The chef was grilling on-site, and perhaps due to the heavy workload with so many people, he constantly had a sour expression.
2. I asked the lady at the noodle station three times if there were any more chicken feet next to her, and she just ignored me! *Sigh*.

The staff here are truly exceptional- with genuine smiles and attentive service that makes you feel wonderfully warm and welcoming. The front desk girls, in particular, stand out: professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything, whether it’s travel advice, a quick check-in, or simply making you feel welcome at each encounter.
A special thank you to Cici for arranging a car and helping me with my luggage today- your thoughtful assistance was greatly appreciated and made my travel so much easier.
The location is ideal: directly opposite Binwang Market for late-night snacks, and just a short 15–20 minute ride to the railway station, which I’ve used often for travel. Yiwu, and indeed all of China, feels safe at any hour, day or night, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel goes above and beyond with its hospitality: I was upgraded to a better room, given free coffee vouchers, and even a small bag of goodies to enjoy at the airport (incase I get hungry)- such a cute and thoughtful touch.
If you’re visiting, this hotel has an exceptional service, warm hospitality, and very convenience location. One small suggestion: it would be wonderful if the bathroom lighting were a bit brighter, especially for ladies doing their makeup. Otherwise, the hotel offers a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

TtripmapsThis time, I brought my child to stay in the family room at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Yiwu International Trade Center, and the experience was truly wonderful. The room was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout and plenty of room for activities, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. It even came with a thoughtful touch: a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of playing.
The room's cleanliness was meticulous and comprehensive, and all the amenities were complete and safe, making our stay very reassuring. The overall atmosphere was warm and playful, perfectly catering to children's preferences. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, promptly responding to any requests we had.
The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the surrounding environment is also pleasant. With comfortable room types and thoughtful service, it's particularly well-suited for families traveling with children – both adults and kids had a comfortable stay. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit with family.

The rooms are spacious, conveniently located for getting around, and the transportation links are great. Parking is easy, everything is clean and tidy, and the service is top-notch. SSkyWalker28I give Yiwu Yayue Hotel five stars. My family and I arrived with our two boys and the front desk welcomed us with real warmth. The staff stayed friendly and helpful through our whole stay. Breakfast offered many choices, which made it easy to keep everyone happy. Room service worked fast and kept our room tidy and comfortable.
We were also touched by the handwritten note in English. It made the boys smile and made us feel at home. Our stay was very delightful and this hotel has never failed us. I recommend it without hesitation.

AAnonymous UserThe family room with a big bed and a small bed suited our needs perfectly. This is our second time staying here and we're very happy. Luna was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent service. Last time, when we were checking out, I just casually asked about the family rooms, and she proactively added me on WeChat to answer my questions. The location and breakfast are both fantastic. It's convenient to Xiuhu Park, Yiwu Zhixin, and Intime Department Store, and there's a direct bus to the International Trade City right outside the hotel.

Their service was incredibly enthusiastic and thorough; they were so kind, proactive in helping with directions and luggage, and really efficient and thoughtful. They patiently answered all our questions throughout our stay, demonstrating true professionalism. Their meticulous and heartwarming service made us feel incredibly comfortable. The hotel is also directly opposite International Trade City districts 1 and 2. We'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserOur room wasn't ready immediately upon arrival, so we had to wait a bit, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. They stored our luggage for us, which didn't impact our plans at all. The hotel's location is fantastic – it's super close to the first district of the trade city, making shopping incredibly convenient. You just cross the road downstairs and you're there. Shin Kong Place is also right next door. Oh, and when we were checking our bags, the hotel staff even printed out an introduction to the different areas of the trade city, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Room is equipped with modern design furniture. Breakfast is ok.
What I have missed: mirror in the bathroom. Also checkin was a bit irritating as keycard didn't work and receptionist didn't give Breakfast voucher for 3 days right away but only 1
