Yiwu Marriott Hotel

This hotel is incredibly understanding. My child's nap went over, but the hotel didn't rush us at all. They patiently waited for him to wake up before we checked out. The hotel also has a beautiful night view.

First time in Yiwu, and I was so surprised by how huge the International Trade City is! Luckily, the hotel is right by District 1, just across the street, which was incredibly convenient. You can spot the hotel entrance easily. The variety of goods in each district is mind-blowing, I definitely want to come back for a second visit! This time I only had enough time to explore District 1 and 5-6, but I'll make sure to hit Districts 2-3-4 next time!

The Yiwu Marriott is just a 5-minute walk from the International Trade City. The lobby has a lovely fragrance, and Fay from the 'At Your Service' team provided excellent service. Seven, the lobby concierge, was also fantastic and truly embraced a guest-first service philosophy.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bed and pillows were super soft and incredibly comfortable – even more so than some five-star hotels I've stayed in.

I only stayed one day at the Yiwu Marriott, but Kiko's service made it feel incredibly worthwhile. I met her during check-in. Seeing me tired with my luggage, she proactively offered to check if there was a quieter room available. She ended up upgrading me for free and even specifically asked housekeeping to provide two extra bottles of water. Upon entering the room, I found the view from the window to be excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. In the afternoon, while relaxing in the lounge, Kiko came over and handed me a cup of ginger tea, saying, 'Have something warm.' I casually mentioned wanting to explore but not knowing where to go. She immediately pulled out her phone and diligently helped me plan a small itinerary – Futang Old Street and the Brown Sugar Factory – with no backtracking, and even clearly marked the taxi pick-up spots. The next day at check-out, I asked about the best way to get to the high-speed train station. She said, 'Let me hail a car for you,' and after arranging it, she wrote down the license plate number and estimated time on a note and handed it to me. The entire process was natural and thoughtful, without any pretense. It's these small things that make you feel genuinely cared for. Thank you, Kiko.

The room was great! Although it's an older property, I hesitated a bit when booking, but decided to trust Marriott, and I'm glad I did. The hotel is very well-maintained, and the service was excellent. I asked the front desk for a late checkout and they happily granted it, and even upgraded my room type. I'll definitely stay at Marriott again next time I'm in town!

The room was very clean and the location was excellent, right across the street from the International Trade City. I'll definitely be back!

The environment is clean and tidy, and although the facilities aren't the newest, they are well-maintained. The location is super convenient, especially being so close to Trade City District 1. It's easy to get to all the attractions from here. Breakfast offers a great variety of choices, and the service is excellent.
