很多問題 1入住後我們房間有多個孩子 入住時要前台多要一條送浴巾 前台説會派人送 送了2個小時 半夜才到，第二天又收走了 第二天又電話催送 送了一晚上 第三天又收走 第三天再電話催 送 一就直就不送，半夜了怕影響家人睡覺，我一晚上沒洗澡 早上又電話 送來一條毛巾 我也就湊合洗了 然後退房了，2 前就打電話要幾個礦泉水，先打機器人電話，也不送，然後打前台也沒人送，我去前台拿，前台衹打發了一瓶，説事後會送去房間，然後就沒有然後了 我後來自己去超市買了，這也太摳門了吧，3現在沒有洗漱用品了，沐浴露洗髮水什麼都沒有 也要電話叫[捂臉]潤膚露倒是送來了兩瓶，這實在是 太摳門了 每天準備下不行麼。還好沐浴露洗髮水我都用自己的。我也不是第一次住了，之前都還好，這次帶家人來住 真的一包氣，以後看來51還是不能住他們家。人多感覺就服務不過來。
