前台服務，早餐在這個價位的酒店已經算是非常不錯的了。地理位置優越，到夜市很近。出行非常便利。房間設施應該是翻新裝修過，還算舒適。總體好評

實話實説，酒店地理位置很好，出行也很方便，客房服務的大姐態度很好，雖然入住的床單有點臟，馬上給換了，還幫忙套一次性床上用品，但是前台員工服務不咋地，第一天晚上諮詢前台要續房，前台説無房，溝通後同意留意一下房態，並同意第二天早上回復一下，早上根本沒有回覆（員工上班不交接麼？），第二天主動再次諮詢前台，前台員工直接來一句，你在網上定的，你在網上看，網上沒有就沒有，是騙誰呢，有房不給續，在不知道是否有房續住的時候，連最基礎的調房都不懂，不會調房難道不會上報領班主管麼，第二天下午為了口碑，前廳經理調出續住房間！！前廳禮賓部，看到行李車接手是很積極，但是完全沒有服務意識，看我們大包小包在搬，也不會幫我們一下，就在一邊看着，説借我們個車，到時候還給他就好了。
總結：“服務真的非常好，很有家的感覺”。可能是老牌酒店，都是政府接待，不在乎我們這些散客

This hotel location is near all turkish restoran only 5 minutes by walk.thata room is clean and big,
But with thats prices can stay better than thats hotel.And when arrive to hotel on 4 oclock,on reception nobody know eglish.that very big problem for cominucate.Breakfast is so so ..

當天到達，天氣25度，房間靠馬路，晚上離夜市近，不敢開窗，房間沒有冷氣，打電話問總機，説沒有冷氣。房間太悶熱。
