1. 辦理入住的效率問題： 我於凌晨時分到達酒店，值班經理韓晶在辦理入住手續上耗費了大約十幾分鍾。我理解深夜工作可能帶來的疲勞，但韓經理的業務處理顯得非常不熟練，這不僅延誤了我的休息時間，也給我留下了貴酒店服務效率低下的印象。
2. 缺乏基本的指引： 在辦理完入住手續後，韓經理並未主動告知我們電梯的方向
3. 房間分配錯誤： 我們預訂的是大床房，但到達房間後發現被分配到了雙床的房間。我們不得不再次下樓要求換房，這無疑增加了我們的不便和疲憊。
4. 服務態度問題： 當我要求換房時，韓經理並沒有立即表達歉意，反而顯得有些不耐煩。雖然最後提供了升房作為補償，但她的態度讓我感到非常不滿。
5. 服務水平的質疑： 韓經理的業務能力與貴酒店的定位不符，甚至不如普通酒店的前台服務水平。這讓我質疑貴酒店對員工的培訓和服務質量的把控。
我期望貴酒店能夠正視這些問題，並採取相應的措施進行改進。作為一家高端酒店，服務質量應該是你們的核心競爭力之一。我希望我的這次不愉快經歷能夠成為貴酒店提升服務水平的一個契機。
