A great hotel, with two Tunisian interns here. For us foreigners, we can communicate without any obstacles. However, the hotel managers Lee and Bard are also good, and their English is also very good. They can solve our problems in a timely manner. Thank you!

The hotel I found on Ctrip had a very good review, so I booked a room. The Lee at the front desk was very professional and gave us a lot of good advice and help. Additionally, Bard recommended a delicious restaurant for us, allowing us to have a pleasant evening.

Second time in 3 weeks that we booked and stayed at this hotel. It is one of the best hotels that we have stayed at. We will come back again. We stayed in a Superior Queen Room looking onto a big lake which was very beautiful. We went to the pool and had a sauna as well. Breakfast was great and supper also looked great but we did not eat supper there. One disappointing thing was the Costa coffee that we had while waiting for our Didi. It was ice cold and cost a lot of money. The free coffee at breakfast was better than that, so I would not recommend that(maybe it was just my bad luck).

The hotel is 5 star. Excellent rooms. Great housekeeping services. Fast and no stress check in. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was a very large buffet that you will definitely be able to find some things you like. I would stay here again. World class

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. Staff was very attentive and spoke English. The location is great right next to the expo (not the bazar!). The view was really nice being directly in front of the round lake and the new development area opposite of it. I can highly recommend this Crowne Plaza in Yiwu.

Pretty good for the price range. Good breakfast . Good quick and efficient front office staff , good speed room service, smart service staff at breakfast. Just a bit more style in toiletries would add more value to the stay .

Excellent place but bathroom floor extremely slippery when wet and wearing Hotel slippers..
