宜興西岸凰川酒店，隱逸於原始山谷之中，綠樹成蔭、湖水澄澈，竹影婆娑，滿目盛景。入住酒店前得到前台小郭的微信聯繫，告知酒店的基本情況和自駕的優選路線，並在離店後電話溝通了解入住體驗。入住酒店時受到前台小袁的熱情接待，並幫助選房並引領我們到客房，詳細介紹酒店的政策，酒店不僅客房一流而且各崗位的人員都以禮相待，整個酒店的服務員都非常熱情，友好，真的有一種賓至如歸的感覺，體現了萬豪的管理理念，不愧為名列前茅的奢華酒店。

入住這家酒店真的充滿驚喜！酒店在山裡，本來以為冬天沒啥好看的，沒想到山裡層林盡染，楓葉紅透了，非常出片。
客房設施精緻且講究，同價位的酒店住過不少了，這家真的有品味:洗護是diptyque和lelabo，戴森吹風機，迷你吧非常豐富，配置拉滿了，洗漱台有香薰機，歡迎水果不敷衍，很精緻，夜床禮物有晚安甜湯，浴缸對着山景，總之細節感滿滿！管家Maria有問必答，服務熱情周到，特別棒！
退房還給小朋友送了小禮物，等春夏季有機會再來玩！

設施：房間空調地暖都有，進入大廳開始就很温暖了，mini 吧豐富，洗漱用品也好，枕頭也有多種選擇，還有晚安甜品和歡迎水果
衞生：乾淨，基本上所到之處都沒有垃圾，綠化維護的好
環境：綠化好，空氣好，就是小童設施少，天氣冷沒有室內小童活動區
服務：很棒，工作人員都會熱情打招呼。還有24小時管家服務，早餐品種不多，但是品質可以，而且工作人員一直會主動協助，特別熱情❤️

非常棒的一次週末度假，親近大自然的一次"洗肺"享受。服務相當好，度假村環境很好，有自行車借來騎行。當晚在託斯卡納意大利餐廳就餐，服務和口味相當不錯。管家與整個度假村工作人員服務很棒。度假村早餐口味不錯。大多數的種類都有。下次約上好友，可以享受下套房。

從年初一直想去礙於各種原因沒能達成，年尾的時候趁着週末趕緊和老公來約會啦，酒店周邊都是山頭樹木很安靜，工作人員包括門口保安接駁車大堂餐廳都很nice，會主動打招呼🙋♀️。房間格局挺喜歡，雙台盆，浴缸泡澡舒適愜意😌，早餐餐廳不大，品種沒有很豐富，但是品質還是在線的尤其是西點麪包不是普通那一掛，都是有餡料的，酸奶還有卡士。餐廳選了託斯卡納意大利，晚餐套餐還是很不錯的，餐前麪包嘎嘎香。酒店環境蠻適合慢慢散步或者跑步🏃♀️
