兩天一夜作為親子游還是不錯的，酒店房間很乾凈，也沒有異味，入住很順暢。歡喜親子房裡麪很大，還有很多小朋友玩的遊樂設施，以及小朋友的洗手枱衞生間淋浴房等，整體入住體驗還不錯。君瀾大使小歐非常熱情，大事小事都可以找她，服務很到位，人很好很親切。

酒店環境很好，有住莊園的感覺，房間最滿意的是衞生間用了TOTO的智能馬桶，房間的陽台很大正對着湖泊視覺很好，酒店還有小童樂園、網球場、水上樂園，垂釣等等、是值得下次在來

位置：下了高速10分鐘的路程，度假村位置隱蔽私密性很高。
環境：春夏交替去的，地上的草都是綠油油的，酒店裡路邊也都開了很多花，除了下午稍微有點熱，太陽下山以後一家三口租個小電爐，沿着湖邊吹吹
風還是很舒服的。這個人造湖沒得説，水很清，魚很大，我們訂的湖景房，從陽台看下去整個湖面和山景相呼應，美不勝收。
服務：酒店內部每個位置都設有接駁點，想去哪裡和服務人員打個招呼，稍等一會兒就有專門的司機小哥用接駁車接送，每個服務人員和你撞臉的時候都可以和你微笑打招呼，特別要説的就是路中華大使，還沒入住之前就提前幫我們安排好了比較合適的房間，耐心幫我們解答疑惑，這裏必須要點個贊。
飲食：酒店的自助早餐很豐富，你能想到的吃的都有，味道也很不錯，全日制的餐廳除了價格有點小貴，還是很方便的，當然你也可以選擇離酒店比較近的張褚鎮，吃的喝的也都有。

這是我們第一次帶小朋友出來玩，定的是帶滑梯的親子房，小朋友玩的非常開心。服務、環境、遊樂設施都很不錯，非常適合帶小朋友一起出行。酒店的工作人員態度都很好，我們的接待大使是路中華，在來店之前就給我們提供了遊玩指導和路線攻略，期間也一直詢問我們是否需要幫助，有問題能夠及時幫我們解決。小插曲是酒店送餐有點慢，但是酒店方處理的很好，也表揚一下酒店大廚，非常熱心，服務也很到位。下次還會帶小朋友一起來，還是非常不錯的一次短途旅行。

和閨蜜出遊，她們都很滿意這次的酒店，酒店項目很豐富，無論商務旅遊都很適合，酒店風景很出片，酒店的君瀾大史：路中華，真的太感謝她了，服務好，盡心盡責，給我們一對一的講解酒店發展史，跟酒店項目，我覺得我後面還會再來，因為還有好多地方沒有玩過來，太大啦，非常適合度假，下次帶孩子來玩，山裡空氣也很好，非常棒的一次體驗，酒店整體的環境，服務，細節都做的很到位。服務真的做到了人人有微笑，事事有迴應，賓至如歸原來是這種感覺。不僅是一個度假的好去處，更是一個可以讓人放鬆心情，享受大自然的好地方。也特別感謝君瀾大使：路中華的熱情服務，下次一定還會過來體驗嶺上別墅區。
