房間超級大，陽台配備入户温泉，近山空氣清洗，非常舒服。酒店內餐飲服務比較可口，室外温泉也比較有特色，就是開的少了點。

酒店挺新的，內部也挺乾淨。給我們升級了親子房。外面有個陽台，對着竹林。還有私湯（雖然沒泡）。房間內不開空調也很熱。單穿一件就夠了。酒店一樓有早餐，還不錯。温泉是到隔壁會議中心去泡，六七個池子吧。衹要帶好換洗衣物和泳衣就好了。他們那邊披的浴巾和拖鞋、洗浴的都有。我們年初五來的，温泉晚上也沒什麼人，挺乾淨的，不錯。酒店經理服務也很熱情。整體好評

管家式服務，服務非常好！有求必應！温泉非常棒，五個池子各有特色，泡的很舒服。房間的陽台上還有一個小私湯，小朋友很喜歡，玩的不亦樂乎。置身在竹海中泡泡温泉，這是何等的愜意！總之各方面都很給力！酒店方用心了。

元旦親子出行，特地選擇温泉酒店帶小朋友來玩玩。酒店和宜興國際會議中心酒店是一起的。吃早飯和泡公共湯池 小童樂園 都要走到宜興國際會議中心這邊。但是本身看中的是這個酒店的私湯房，訂的時候有崖景和竹林景選擇，特地選擇貴點的竹林景，雖然上面寫了私湯房間温泉泡湯時間手機下午一點到晚上十點，但是這個私湯的位置，對我來説有點尷尬😅。
環境方面，房間乾淨整潔，房間也不小，中央空調也很熱，整體很舒服。
工作人員也很熱情周到，看到我單獨待小男孩去泡湯，還幫助小朋友換衣服，幫忙送到湯池邊，並且看顧小朋友，很貼心。
晚餐在酒店解決的，飯菜味道不錯，跨年的一餐，還看到煙火，晚上回房間，一邊看煙火一邊泡湯，也是難得的體驗。

去玩雪場的，提前定的酒店，雖然有點小雨，完全驚喜的一次旅行，免費升級的私湯別墅，孩子們温泉開心壞了，全程服務特別貼心，幫拿行李，指導用餐地點，幫留好座位，房間乾淨，早飯也很豐富，可惜玩的太開心，沒來得及拍到很多照片，點贊👍
