房間還行，就是設施有點老了，地段相當好，空氣絕對是槓槓的。餐廳早餐品種多樣化，也比較豐盛，帶陽台的雙人房超讚👍

很棒的入住體驗！
酒店的設施雖然不算極盡奢華，但每一處細節都透着用心。親子家庭客房佈置得既實用又舒適，尤其是那張大床，軟硬適中，讓人一夜好眠。房間裏的智能燈光和温控系統操作簡單，實實在在地提升了居住的便利性。
健身房和泳池維護得很好，乾淨又安靜，是放鬆身心的好去處，唯一值得改進的地方是泳池的水温有點涼了，下水之前一定要做好熱身運動。
説到服務，這裏的工作人員熱情周到，他們總是面帶微笑，不論是前台的耐心解答，還是客房服務的細緻入微，都能感受到那份真摯與周到。特別是當我們帶着孩子出遊時，他們主動提供了適合小童的飲食菜品，這些貼心的小舉動，讓我們倍感温馨。
提到温泉，那是一大亮點！水質清澈，環境私密又寧靜，泡在裏面一天的疲憊瞬間消散。小童樂園雖不大，但五臟俱全，孩子們在那裡玩得不亦樂乎，安全措施也做得相當到位，讓我們家長很放心。
餐飲方面也是可圈可點，早餐品種豐富，既有當地特色美食，也有西式經典，滿足了全家人的口味。特別推薦他們的招牌菜，食材新鮮，味道地道，每一口都是享受。
至於酒店環境，綠樹環繞，空氣清新，漫步其中，彷彿置身於城市中的綠洲，為整個旅程增添了幾分寧靜與愜意。
總的來説，這次住宿體驗超出了我們的預期，是家庭出遊的不二之選，兼顧品質與服務的優質酒店，值得再次光顧。

地理位置優越，度假休閑好去處。
距離竹海很近，早晚可以去那裡閑逛，呼吸一下新鮮空氣。

酒店坐落風景優美的宜興大竹海景區，前面有個美的湖，設施有泳池和温泉可惜泳池説當天22℃。房間給我們做了升級 衞生非常棒。每位服務人員都非常的nice 特別要提一下四樓的服務員非常貼心敬業可惜我不知道她的名字，酒店應該給她優秀服務員獎

當天到的比較早，酒店能夠提前辦理入住，並且給我們免費升級了房型。臨走的時候還給了酒店自釀的楊梅酒，整體入住下來覺得很好，下次還會選擇。小遺憾就是因為節假日，沒有了免費去竹海散步的機會了，但是門票有優惠，雖然價格和網上優惠過的一樣。
環境：對面就是宜興竹海，酒店前面就是一小片湖，景色宜人。酒店還有免費娛樂設施，健身房，游泳池，入住贈送的温泉，温泉就在酒店裡麪，有不同種湯池，開放時間在下午1點到晚上10點
服務：酒店的服務很好，從下車開始就有人服務，看到你在迷茫的時候就會有人上前詢問是否需要幫助。節假日服務不減。早上還有自助早餐，晚上也有收費的自助餐。
設施：雖然設施有一點點老，智能化比較少，但是整體還是不錯，衞生情況挺好。

前台貼心的小姐姐看我們帶娃，房間幫我升了級。酒店位置在竹海對面，非常方便。從入住開始，接待我們的每一位人員都非常的訓練有素，專業，印象特別的好。下次還會選擇住在這裏。
