推開窗就是綠水清山，空氣一級棒！在酒店裡，客房服務員服務態度非常好，不僅打掃衞生，還特意幫我找衣架、將潮濕的衣服拿出，晾曬。洗澡時地面都濕了，服務員幫忙收拾乾淨。

酒店雖然比較老，但是衞生乾淨，服務態度也很好，有寬敞的停車場，離竹海很近，步行十分鐘就到。早餐豐盛，晚餐精緻而且也很有特色，竹筍和烏米飯很好吃。

酒店服務人員服務態度好，免費升級朝南房間後發現房子窗子外有泳池排水聲音，因本人睡眠對周圍環境聲音特別敏感，打前台電話提出挨房間後客房服務人員隨即進房確認後就給換了，房子窗子外就能看見竹海，非常開心，傍晚5點到6點死分還送了去竹海散步卡，臨走時還送了宜興烏米。早餐品種也豐富，有機會下次來宜興還會住這裏
