兩人入住大床房，衹提供一份早餐，非常差勁，洗澡熱水要等10分鐘之久，空調問題無法調整，同事半夜臨時又換房，注意避雷吧

圖中是酒店房間的椅子照片。慘不忍睹，無比震驚。和前台反映後竟然連最起碼的道歉都沒有， 更不用説正常酒店應該有的改正和適當禮遇補償。 他們好像習以為常，覺得是正常的，這些人是酒店行業的麼？ 對方唯一應對的就是問房間號，並告知我酒店老了。 能有多老？有沒有200年？

標準化流程，流程化服務，很商務，一切都是流程和機械性的，談不上好，畢竟品牌在這，也沒啥讓人憤怒的，行政酒廊在1樓餐廳，也是第一次遇到；最不能接受的地下停車庫，説是系統壞了，自己付費再報銷，第一次遇到這般無語的操作。
