非常熱情的服務，進出都非常禮儀，管家行李送房間，水果紅茶迎賓。晚上回房間時看見泳衣移掛在一個立體的架子上，謝謝鬱毓管家細心温暖的服務。第二天準備出去玩時發現車洗了，哇哦，感謝坤師傅，這是我第一次享受五星酒店的服務，退房時還送行李上車，點大讚。早餐豐富。

宜興大酒店不愧是老牌的五星級酒店，交通便利，服務好，工作人員熱情。入住的時候🈶工作人員專門陪同區房間方便認路。早上保安師傅還會幫忙擦車。99元的小龍蝦自助餐很實惠，雖然味道不驚艷，但是絕對管飽。下次去宜興玩還會考慮入住。

因為之前孩子小，一直住的親子酒店，價格都比較貴，但並沒有想的那麼好，頂多就是東西全一點，這次一是附近沒有太好的，二是覺得孩子大了，不要太講究了，本着能省則省的原則選擇了這裏，沒想到出乎意料的滿意，服務人員很熱情，早餐非常豐盛，地下一樓有游泳池，健身室，乒乓球和桌球，還有小孩子的遊樂場，健身室蠻大的，乒乓和桌球要收費，價格我覺得略微高了點

設施：住的A座新裝修過的炫彩房型，設施都是智能化的房間也比較新
衞生：總體不錯，地毯建議還是需要注意下細節
服務：服務是真的不錯，從辦入住開始就是笑臉相迎，停車場保安大叔也熱情的幫洗了車。
唯一覺得有點小問題的是早餐做煎餅的工作人員，態度很熱情但是節假日客流量大的時候效率真的需要提升一下的。早上排隊等煎餅人也不算太多都要等老半天，一個普通到不需要額外加什麼料的煎餅製作過程需要三分鐘打底。

這家酒店真是這次出行最完美的酒店。雖然酒店不是很新，但是保養維護的很好，每個角落都很乾凈，服務注重細節。尤其在服務管理方面是近幾年住的酒店中最好的，從你進入大堂的一刻就有種回家的感覺，辦理入住引導進入房間，每個細節都是用心在微笑服務。酒店大堂，餐廳服務人員都很友善稱職，特別是停車場保安師傅們。入住幾天衹要不下雨，天天幫你把車洗的鋥亮，真是不得不點贊。很好的服務。
酒店位置不錯，去那裡都很方便。
