The staff was very welcoming, the lobby manager was very kind, and he was very professional and enthusiastic from receiving the check-in. Next time I go to Yixing, I still live there, and I can also soak in the hot springs. It is very comfortable, the environment is beautiful and the air is fresh.

作為一家新開業的酒店，確實帶給我們非常大的驚喜。酒店的建築風格、房間的衞生情況和管理團隊整體水平還是非常高的👍每個服務人員都會跟我們打招呼，十分親切。入住前兩天就會有青禾使者打電話加微信聯繫，告知一些入住的事項。10.1當天入住，因為怕堵車所以很早出發，到了酒店9點還不到，辦理入住的接待還沒上班，但是值班的迎賓還是泡了茶，告訴我們可以去酒店或者商業街逛逛，服務意識十分到位。定的是山景但也按照備註要求升級了河景房，可是去了房間發現河景房窗户衹能開一點點，所以我們還是要求換了山景，個人覺得山景更好，對着濕地公園的亭子滿眼綠色風景，還有一個小陽台，全開的落地窗，我們還在陽台上看了煙花，十分符合帶娃娃的親子家庭。酒店的餐廳挺精緻的，早餐選擇不多但基本需求都可以滿足，服務也很到位。晚上我們吃了一次點菜，基本沒踩雷，味道不錯，也提了一點小建議，價格來説兩大一小沒團套餐人均150。體驗了鹽洞，小朋友回來説暖暖的很舒服；也可以選擇浴池，有一個可以看星空的大池和私密性的小池子。可惜酒店沒有游泳池，夏天來玩的就比較有限了。酒店連着濕地景區，有農場騎喂小矮馬等適合小朋友的活動，也能夠在景區裏繞着太湖散步，不過景區不大，走一圈一個多小時吧。酒店周圍餐飲較少，除了一個迷你商業街有幾家餐飲，外賣也沒有很多選擇。另外酒店是一個樓盤的配套，所以商業街裏的社區食堂是無法享受，餐飲折扣也衹有業主享用。白天酒店也會和景區共用，所以你會在酒店入口看到很多遊客、車輛進出，私密性不是最好，建議後期還是進行一下區分吧。

For my leap month birthday that happens once every four years, I chose the West Coast Phoenix Hotel, which is located in Dingshu Town, Yixing and has 6,000 acres of bamboo forest. After placing the order, the exclusive butler contacted me immediately, carefully asked about my travel time, related preferences, etc., and was very professional and meticulous. He also arranged for an upgraded room type, room decoration, and a birthday cake🎂It is indeed a luxury hotel that meets the standards of Wanda Reign. As a ∨IP member who has stayed in four Reign hotels across the country, I personally think that West Coast Phoenix Hotel is excellent in both hardware and software!

We traveled during the off-peak May Day holiday, so there weren't many people and the experience was great. When we checked in, we saw that we brought a child with us, so we upgraded to a parent-child room for free. A staff member helped us with our luggage and took us to the room. The parent-child room was spacious and had a small slide. The window faced the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area, and the view was great. Except for the largest outdoor hot spring, which was not open, all the others were open, and the children had a lot of fun. There was also a movie theater, gym, and children's playground next to it. You can register a small card per person at the front desk, and you can go to the Bamboo Sea Scenic Area for free from 5pm to 6:30pm. We had dinner at the hotel, with three dishes for two adults and one child, and the price was very affordable. The breakfast variety was quite rich, and two small bags of specialty black rice were given when we checked out. Thumbs up

I came to Yixing for a trip during the New Year and chose the Le Méridien next to Wanda. The lobby of the five-star hotel is magnificent, the rooms are also large, and the Civic Square is outside the window, but it is foggy and hard to see. There are many places to eat in Wanda next to it. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to order takeout. I experienced the gym and swimming pool, but the only drawback is that the aerobics room is idle. I suggest that you can learn from the Marriott in Taizhou and put some ocean balls and mats to make a children's playground.
