Keuntungan hotel ini hanya harganya yg murah sisanya sangat mengecewakan. Apalagi tentang hospital/ keramahan dimana bisnis hotel itu tujuannya adalah keramahan dan kenyamanan.
KAMAR : sangat biasa cukup bersih dgn amenities standard namun beberapa sudut masih terlihat noda noda apalagi seprei ada bekas bekas noda lama yg terlihat. tidak ada hair dryer, kunci kamar harus ada jaminan uang 50rb per kunci sepertinya hotel ini kurabg percaya kepada pelanggannya :)
STAFF : sangat TIDAK ramah apalagi receptionist dari check in sampe check out atau lewat lobby tidak pernah ada sapaa. atau keramahan dari mereka seperti robot. Atau staffnya baru lulus dr perhotelan. Begitupun staff di tempat makan dan lainnya DATAR tidak ada kesan Hospitality nya.
FASILITAS : standard dgn mini swimming pool dan tempat breakfast yg kecil sehingga jika semua tamu sarapan langsung bertumpuk dan sulit mencari tempat.
SARAPAN : cukup enak dgn variasi makanan yg ok seperti standard hotel bintang 3 lainnya
LOKASI : dekat dengan malioboro & alun-alun serta akses yang mudah
WIFI : Buruk! kecepatan wifi sangat jelek untuk bekerja. Apalgai sering ON/OFF baik sore atau malam. Lambat dan percuma untuk mengakses internet.
Jika hanya infin harga murah mgkin hotel ini cocok. Tidak akan menemukan keramahan, kenyamanan di hotel ini. Pilihan hotel lain di jogja masih sangat banyak apalagi Jogja adalah tujuan wisata lokal seharusnya keramahan lebih di tujukan apalagi HOSPITALITY industy (industri hotel) itu tujuan utk tamu nyaman.
summary : If you are a price sensitive customer, this is a good choice but if you looking for a great hospitality, good facilities & better staff service, find another hotels/properties.

Great hotel, with clean and comfy bedroom. Conveniently located near Malioboro street. Breakfast is also really nice, with a wide selection of things to choose from. There’s also a swimming pool you can use until 7 pm. Best in deal in reasonable price. Recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayaarta Hotel Malioboro! Its proximity to local attractions like Malioboro made exploring super convenient. The industrial design gives it a unique charm, and the rooms are not only clean but also comfortable. The staff deserves a special mention for their politeness and helpfulness. Everything was in great condition during my stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Lokasinya samping lampu merah jd buat nyebrang lumayan repot. Semua WC nya itu tidak menggunakan selang semprot. Jd untuk menjaga kesucian buat sholat nya susah. Overall nyaman aja dan untuk saya dapat potongan harga yg lumayan murah jd tidak terlalu menyesal. Hehe
