I stayed in a group at a good hotel on the side of a big road, the bathroom was not clean and the water was clogged, stagnant, the food was quite good but the service was lacking, the swimming pool was dirty at the bottom and had not been cleaned, the service was still a long way to Malioboro, the parking area was spacious

In particular, the washbasin in the room was old, so maybe it can't be helped, but it was a little dirty and the water from the faucet kept leaking. I also thought the water pressure in the shower was insufficient. There were bath towels, but no face towels. The hotel staff were very kind. The breakfast buffet didn't have much variety, but it was delicious and I was satisfied. 4 stars hotel but feels like not a 4 stars hotel. Bad service felt directly when I arrived at lobby. No security or staff help us to bring our luggage. Receptionist named Anjas was unable to respond well when I gave a feedback for improvement. Safety box was not ready to be used, their staff had to change the battery and other stuff. Room cleanliness was bad, I found used medicine on the floor. Overall experience was bad and will never come back again to stay there.
