Jambuluwuk Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta Reviews

The room is clean and big enough for the two of us. However, the water piping is leaking and also the sound proof is terribly bad. I can clearly hear the voices from outside the corridor. If you are a light sleeper like me, it is not recommended to stay here.

Local breakfast good. Service good. Location a bit far from malioboro, need to take a transport.

We stayed on 14 - 16 february and booked our room with Agoda and the room was a good size, the hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities, so we applaud their environment. The front desk staff were very nice. Especially Heru, who arranged our trips and acted our tour driver . He took us trip to Borobudur , mount Merapi and Prambanan because on as we were not familiar with Yogyakarta. he also helped us to contact and book hotel at bromo , very patient and enthusiastic, emphasized all the details. It was a great pleasure to meet Heru.

Good enough stay as we didnt use much of the hotel facilites as we were out most time.

I booked a 5 star hotel to ensure there are the full facilities. When I arrived the pool and gym were under maintenance. I complained to Trip as they and the hotel should inform guests of this when they book. When Trip raised this with the hotel, the hotel refused to offer any level of compensation. So for this reason, they receive a low score. I also told Trip they need to change their T&C’s.

The hotel's location is not particularly good, but it is not far from the city center. The price is quite reasonable. The room on the top floor has a view of the city, a swimming pool and a bar. The price-performance ratio is quite high

Good and friendly service. The location is a bit far to walk to Malioboro, you can easily use an online taxi. The swimming pool is okay, the atmosphere is also comfortable. Delicious breakfast!

The room facilities are old, the shower head is almost broken, the sound insulation is very poor, the network is very unstable, the air conditioner is too cold and cannot adjust the temperature. The breakfast was very good and the front desk service was okay.
