I don't know why this hotel has to make a check-in rule at 15.00, OK, fine, but at least if the room is ready, at least get guests in as quickly as possible, especially guests from out of town (see ktpx). Guests from out of town must be tired, sir!!!

I arrived at the hotel at 01.45, the check in admin was taken care of but I couldn't enter the room yet, I had to wait... meanwhile those who checked in later because the group entered the room first. Hello, supervisor, manager, change your rules, don't make your receptionist stiff.
