Great location near malioboro. Clean room and good service. Overall good

Great! We had a good stay of 5 nights, taking our time to explore Yogyarkata. The room is modern and clean. Stable wifi, cooling aircon. It was also quiet and staff were always cheerful and polite. Just a short safe stroll to Malioboro and the train station. We booked without breakfast. We only tried the hotel buffet breakfast on the last day - sadly, it was quite disappointing - our other breakfast hunts on the other days were much better and much more value for money. Still, i will recommend this hotel.

The staffs in this hotel were very lovely and efficient. The only downside is the hairdryer, it’s provided only upon request and it’s not efficient in drying hair.. let’s just say it took almost 15mins to actually feel like it had warm air coming out.. and it’s at 1300w 😂 I would advice people with thick and long hair like myself to bring your own hairdryer. The shampoo and body wash were not topped up well upon check in, I had to request as there was a shortage in some. Besides these minor issues, bed was comfy and the room was clean :)

Breakfast not as expected

The location is good as it is in front of Malioboro Street Biro. There are many different types of breakfast. However, there were some ants in the room and the air conditioner was not cleaned well.

It was pretty good at first glance, especially the appearance and the first glance after entering the lobby. The front desk was also nice. When I went back to the hotel the next day, I borrowed a charger from them without asking anything and just gave it to them. However, the facilities in the room are really old and the toiletries are really average, but this is not important. The most important thing is that there is no safe. I think almost all the people who live here are tourists. Because it is very close to the train station, many tourists stay here to catch the train to the airport or other cities. It's really inconvenient not to have a safe. After all, you can't take all your valuables with you when you go out to eat or go shopping. Breakfast was okay, not many choices, but still delicious.

The location of the hotel is very good, next to Malioboro Street, 10 minutes walk to the train station. The alley at the entrance is relatively narrow, so be careful when going out. The hotel lobby is very modern, and there is a small garden at the door for guests to rest and chat. The room was upgraded for us, with a small balcony, but the maintenance of the facilities is average, the air conditioner has a musty smell, and there are always small bugs crawling on the desktop and basin in the room. The location is good. I recommend friends who catch the train to stay for one night.

Near the hotel, many sell food, close to Malioboro, friendly service ... only the location of the air conditioner in the room is not good, spray on the head

The hotel and location are very good but unfortunately almost all of the staff are not friendly and a bit bitchy even though staying is not in high season, it's a shame
