Cleanliness, location and employee service are very good. The only thing lacking is that the amenities would be good if there was a bathtub provided with bath bubbles/bath bombs as well

The room was not ready when we arrived for check-in, but we were kindly allowed to wait in the Level lounge where we were served tea. Other than this delay, our stay was perfect. The hotel is very centrally located, the staff is very kind, the room was beautiful, the spa services and fitness room were much appreciated.

A first-class hotel in Yogyakarta, with a tropical garden in the courtyard, lush and fragrant. For dinner, you can choose to eat in the courtyard cloister. I chose Indonesian style, with the appetizer Gado-gado vegetable salad, beef soup, and the main course Indonesian chicken rice Ayam Penyet. Yogyakarta went to Borobudur and Prambanan. It is really rare to have two world cultural heritage sites in one place.

Located in the city center with excellent access.
The massage at the spa in the hotel was also good. Breakfast can be crowded depending on the time of day. I went back to my room and came out again. Service was good overall.
