Shin Yokohama Prince Hotel Reviews

The Good: - near to JR station. - near many food & shopping areas. - walking distance to subway - walking distance to ramen museum (15mins). - limousine bus to/from Haneda airport stops right in front of the hotel. - nice view from room. The Bad: - no complementary coffee bag. - no complementary moisturizer/lotion. - no complementary mineral water. - furniture a bit old. - wooded door covering the fridge is loose (afraid it might drop off). - few power sockets.

Most hotels in Japan, though small, are incredibly well-equipped. They maximize every inch of space and are spotlessly clean to an astonishing degree—you won't find a single stain, water mark, lint, or speck of dust. Coupled with the wooden furniture, this creates a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly helps you relax.

Breakfast spread is one of the best among the hotel they I stay in Tokyo area. Room is a bit outdated but the service staff are friendly and location is good.

The front desk service was excellent. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept really well. The room and bathroom were both spacious and very clean. The view was great. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, making it super convenient for eating and shopping. Plus, it's just a 3-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama Station.

It's decent overall, about 10 min walk from the station, you can enter via Prince pepe which is a small shopping mall in of itself with a supermarket. Room size is pretty reasonable (16m²)

The room was clean and tidy, the service was excellent, and the high floor offered great views. There's a mall and supermarket right downstairs, which is super convenient for shopping, and the subway station is just a three-minute walk away.

The room was great, especially having a washing machine. The view from the window was also nice, and the observation deck outside the 20th-floor front desk was particularly beautiful. The transportation was also very convenient. Hope to see you again next time.

It's still very close to Nissan Stadium, so you can walk there for concerts! It's also near the bus station, which is convenient for getting to the airport.

Hotel room was really clean and neat. just that thenstaffs took about an hour for us to get the plve ready

I always stay at the Prince Hotel when I come to Yokohama. I recommend choosing a smoking room on the 33rd floor, which are actually on the 35th floor, and are better renovated than the non-smoking rooms on the 33rd floor. The hotel breakfast is consistently high-quality, and the night view is beautiful~

First time in Japan, so I chose this hotel based on location and price, with my desire for higher floor rooms for a view. I stayed near Shinagawa station, and also in Osaka, all with the same budget per night. This hotel was the best of the 3, very nice facilities and amenities (7/11 in the lobby!!), with a spacious room. I'd probably pass on the buffet breakfast next time, but that's just me, there was a wide selection for everyone. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in that area.

Very convenient location near Shin Yokohama Station. Room is a bit small, but still comfortable for a short stay. Car rental pickup was very convenient too, just beside the hotel at Prince PePe.

The location is really convenient, perfect for a layover hotel if you're transferring from Haneda Airport to Osaka or Kyoto. It's only a 400m walk from the Shinkansen station, and there's even a 7-Eleven inside the hotel. However, the downside is that there's a lot of street noise from cars revving their engines at night, and the soundproofing is extremely poor.
