Great, but the hotel is old. If the TV connect VOD theater would be better. Also needs vending machines each floor? Anyway, it was good stay!!

Good location and lots of food to choose from. Very near to train station.

A beautiful hotel that's more or less right next to Shin-Yokohama station and within sight of Yokohama Arena. You can find a 7-11 on the ground floor, next to the elevators, while a direct link to the Prince PePe shopping center leads you to some eateries and a supermarket. It appears to be mostly frequented by business folk, at least when we visited in late November. Checking in was a smooth process with the friendly, English-speaking concierge. You'll want to grab some amenities such as washcloths, cotton pads, and shaving cream before taking the long elevator ride up to your room. We had a nice view overlooking the city seeing how we were past the 30th floor, though said view gets better once you head to the top for teppanyaki or the lovely lounge. Visit the latter at dusk to soak in the panoramic sight and count passing trains while you sip on house cocktails and savor their beef tagliata. Or maybe treat yourself to a dram of Hibiki 25 -- you deserve it. The double room is more business than leisure, though clean and comfortable enough to relax in after a long day out. There's a safe and a mini-fridge, as well as an air-conditioning remote mounted on the wall, and a room control panel by the bedside. There's also a table right by the TV that could pass as a work desk (with accompanying chair) if needed, though I much prefer the sofa by the windows so I can ruminate on my choices while at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum. I should also mention that the housekeeping staff are incredibly warm and friendly should you cross paths. It's these little things that make a stay enjoyable, you know? Excellent value and a definite return should Yokohama ever be on the itinerary again.

A bit old and vintage hotel.

The breakfast service and food were good. I think the hotel is near to a hospital, keep hearing siren at night.

Great location as its close to the Shin-Yokohama station. Plenty of options for food from fast-food Japanese style to proper restaurants. Room has a great view and very clean.

There is no bottled drinking water, the facilities are old and there are few outlets. Although it is a 6-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, you have to transfer at Yokohama Station to go anywhere. It is better to stay directly in Yokohama to save transportation costs. And you can often hear the sound of the railway in the hotel

Facilities: The bathroom is indeed bigger than the cheap hotels, and the shower is comfortable, which I value very much. But the bed is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: It is super dirty, so dirty that my friend had hives. The room is not cleaned, and no one collects the garbage. Environment: It is very close to Shin-Yokohama, but too close, so the noise of the train makes me unable to sleep at night. Service: I stayed for two nights, and the room was not cleaned, and even the garbage was not collected. It is only worth 800 for two people with breakfast, and it is not worth it at any higher price. And Kanagawa has been going straight down recently, and I am afraid to live in such a high place.

It's conveniently located near the station. There is a convenience store. This time I was on the 28th floor and the view from the room was great. I would like to stay here again.
