There is nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms or the convenience of the surrounding environment. It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range. The front desk and baggage desk personnel were so unprofessional that I felt it would be better if they were mechanized.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days. 2 adults and 1 kid. the hotel location is of course far from downtown tokyo, but that is a compromise we were willing to take to stay in a comfier and spacious room. there are two metro stations nearby (1 closer, other one a 20 minute walk away). Both walkways are passing through a mall and a covered pathway which has travelators installed. The nearby malls and cup noodle museum were great. lot of eating and dining options. and tōkyō downtown was a 40 minute subway ride. Overall a great stay. You can also get airport limousine from hotel reception level 1 and there are comfy sofas to wait for your checkin time or post checkout.

Oakwood are great for family travels because they often come as suites and that means a living room and kitchen without the ”suite” price at regular hotels. The building was also great. Basically a residential building where the hotel has a few floors. Nearby was all the restaurants, activities associated with Minatomirai. In addition the benefit was that the station exit was literally right in front of the hotel.

Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of visitors areas are in walking distance. I don’t need to drive my car in and out of the hotel. My second time staying already. There are Disney shop nearby too.

The hotel is very new. The location is very good. The view room is large and very beautiful. The service is very good. The private room is also very good. The overall feeling is very comfortable. The set breakfast is also good. The north area of the hotel is directly connected to the commercial building. There is a Starbucks on the first floor and a 24/7 supermarket. It is very convenient. It is also very convenient to have direct access to the hotel from Haneda Airport. I will still choose this hotel next time I come to Yokohama.

Very convenient location - Hotel is linked to the Yokohama station and shopping area (e.g. Takashimaya). It is very convenient to get to Haneda airport by train (keikyu) and limousine bus (Ycat) which are at the Yokohama station. The breakfast was very good too! However, the indoor pool (sports club) is only for adults so this was disappointing for our kids.

I was disappointed that the toilet smelled like urine. Other than that, there were no particular issues. I was looking forward to seeing the Christmas tree on the second floor, which was the reason for my stay, but I couldn't see it because it was reserved for private use. It was also reserved for private use the next day, so I wish they would at least let me see the tree.

I like this place very much. There is a bakery next door. It is very convenient to go to Yokohama Station. It is very new and the room is quite big. The staff is very friendly. There is a convenience store just across the street downstairs. It takes only 20 minutes to get to Haneda Airport by taxi if there is no traffic jam. Last year, when I stayed in the lobby during New Year's Eve, they gave residents rice cakes and traditional Japanese New Year snacks. It was very thoughtful.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and polite, which was great 🌺 Breakfast was Japanese food. I was able to relax in a private room, which made me feel luxurious from the morning. I would have preferred Western food, but I was satisfied. It was midsummer, so it was quite hard to walk from the station! I recommend taking a taxi 😂
