I was fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility and the service.
However, due to a miscommunication from the hotel, we were unable to check in smoothly.
This happened to me before when I made a reservation on trip.com, so I don't know who is responsible, but I would like to use the hotel again if they improve it in the future.
