Hotels in Yomitan

"Located in Yomitan, you can take a direct bus from the airport to the hotel, which costs 1700 yen and takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Although the hotel is a bit old, it's well-maintained, and every photo you take looks beautiful. There are two churches, one on each side, and the famous Hoshino Coffee Shop is within walking distance. The hotel beach is just okay, but the water is clear. If the weather is good, you can see the ocean stratified like a 'jellyfish' sea, which is stunning. At low tide in the afternoon, you can easily spot sea cucumbers, blue fish, and hermit crabs near the reefs, which is quite interesting (I recommend bringing a pair of beach shoes). For breakfast, there are three restaurants to choose from. I tried the Japanese restaurant and HanaHana. At HanaHana, you can exchange your breakfast for lunch (after scanning a QR code, you can select to swap breakfast for lunch and make a reservation). The lunch buffet is quite good, with many Cantonese dim sum options, and the overall quality is excellent – highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant serves a set meal for breakfast with a small buffet; the overall selection isn't extensive, but it's more about the experience. The hotel service is very good, and the environment is beautiful. You can watch the sunset from the lounge chairs on the hotel beach. You can also take the shuttle to the Grand Mercure, then walk to Hanagasa for dinner or to Cape Zanpa Lighthouse. The Grand Mercure has more swimming pool facilities (the pools at both hotels are shared). Overall, the experience was great, and I recommend it. The only downside is that the area is relatively remote, so it's not very convenient if you don't have a car, but it's not a major issue. You can stay here for a few nights and then move to Kokusai Street for a few more nights."

"It was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly and easy to understand. Parking fees were paid on site. I think it would be fine to include this in the accommodation fee. I stayed for several nights and had no problems. I would definitely stay again."

The toiletries were good, and the large bathtub was very comfortable. There's a supermarket a 5-minute drive away, making shopping convenient."

"This place was incredible. The place itself was exquisite, and the staff and service exceptional. But what set this place apart was the breakfast buffet that lasted until 2pm and restaurant menu. You could return as many times as you wanted between 7am-2pm and outside (and inside those hours) you also had access to a beautiful infinity pool and lounge space that provided unlimited drinks and more food. Incredible."

"I really enjoyed my stay (8 nights) at Condominium Yuyuki. The checkin process was easy and the staff is very nice. I have everything I could possibly need in the room and I’m close to a grocery store. I needed to work during my stay so I really appreciated the quietness of the place and the reliable internet. You’ll need a car to get around for sight seeing in general in Okinawa and there is an authentic Mexican restaurant Sabroso nearby and the food there is very tasty!"

"A large, spacious, and clean room. 1 master bedroom, 2 smaller bedrooms. Spacious living room. Large bathroom and separate toilet. Simply stunning views from the balcony. The beach is not part of the hotel and is a bit rundown. Swimming is only possible during high tide – there are lots of reefs and sharp shells and rocks. Breakfast is limited, and only the fish changes daily. Air conditioning is available in every room. One room is completely enclosed – there is no window. The beds are quite comfortable. Cons: I would like towels and tea/coffee replenished daily. No pre-shave/aftershave foam. There is also a sauna, and everyone received a free pass to use it. The sauna is well-equipped and has 2 steam rooms, an ice pool, and a ”cold room.” Very sociable and friendly staff who will try to solve all your problems."

"My stay in Okinawa was very enjoyable! I chose this place because it was close to the dive shop. Although it rained for a few days, the location was remote and public transportation was inconvenient, it didn’t affect my journey. The hotel is fully equipped, the environment is clean, the overall feeling of home, next to the beach, the price is very high. I chose the sea view room, if the weather is good, I will definitely see a good view. The boss's opening at the vegetarian cafe next to it is not long, other restaurants and convenience stores need to walk to the Readguchi Bus Terminal, but I have a great time relaxing here. The area is safe and girls traveling alone can feel at ease. I am very satisfied with this stay and have the opportunity to come back later."
