從我們個人的需求來説，位置是周邊最好的一個了～”——唯一枕水的民宿，窗下就是楠溪江河床，房間乾淨，兩張床其實是一個通鋪上放了兩張一米八的床墊，一家四口住着也温馨舒適。剛好是冬天枯水季，水在河道正中流淌而過，河床上都是鵝*石，很多人在上面玩耍。房東大爺煮的當地特色麪特別好吃。

位置絕佳，在露台看風景太愜意了，空氣清新，就是手盆一會就堵了，洗澡水總是不熱，可能是淡季，衹有倆長者在，管理很不專業，周邊吃飯的幾個農家樂飯店也很貴，勝在位置好，房費不便宜

酒店地理位置很不錯，旁邊就是溪坑，還有露台賞月很舒服，就是房間設施老舊，衞生間下水道堵，門鎖也不太好！

訂這家酒店跟父母自駕過中秋，看中了臨江的楠溪江景色。
但入住體驗有點無語：一樓的書和棋兩個房間都充滿了黴味，一直到第二天早上還是濃濃的黴味，房間不能開窗通風，開空調也散不掉的黴味，非常難受。
房間不提供礦泉水，衞生也堪憂，廁所衞生紙是別人沒用完留下的，有一半是潮濕幹掉後的。房門因潮濕開關門都不利索了。
不提供早餐，房東提供的付費早餐是一碗簡單的麪條加了一些筍絲和雞蛋餅絲要15元，其他沒有了，不好評價。
老闆還推薦了附近的餐館説好吃，結果一查大眾評分衹有3.1，評價都很差，中途改道去了其他家，回來房東還要問怎麼沒去，不好意思説怕被坑衹好説沒找到。
總的來説這家店疏於管理，除了臨江景色，其他都不推薦。這家老闆看起來也沒想過做回頭客。

窗口望出去就是獅子巖，得天獨厚的地理位置。
房間寬敞、舒適、乾淨，就是馬桶衹丟了一張紙巾就堵了，老闆很好半夜來解決了。走樓梯上樓，行李多要慢慢來。晚上麻煩老闆煮了碗麪，很好吃。環境優美，很有度假感，推薦。
狗狗友好，要走點樓梯，主人自己衡量。
