I really want to commend the wooden room key cards; they look very unique. The front desk staff also had a great attitude. They knew we had elderly and children with us and paid close attention. Knowing that my elderly family members had mobility issues, they even helped us with a wheelchair, which we're very grateful for. This trip received unanimous praise from my family, and we'll definitely come again!"

"Staying at this Banyan Tree-affiliated Hoju Hotel was surprisingly good! The feeling of being 'at home' wasn't just superficial; it was genuinely felt. From the moment we checked in, every staff member – whether at the front desk, concierge, or restaurant – provided impeccable service. For example, my car window wasn't fully closed, and a butler thoughtfully came to remind me. They remembered our dietary preferences for everyone in our party throughout our entire stay, ensuring seamless communication among staff, which made us feel like we received dedicated one-on-one service. For dinner, the restaurant even cooked according to our tastes and recommended delicious dried bottle gourd, which truly deserves praise. As a former Ctrip Black Diamond member who has stayed in countless hotels, I can confidently say that the service at this hotel deserves a perfect 10/10!"

"1. The room location is seriously inconvenient. All the business king rooms I booked were right next to the road, with constant traffic noise at night, severely affecting my sleep. On the night of my arrival, for some reason, someone was making a round of nightly noise – quite ridiculous! I complained to the hotel, and they were very helpful, but they didn't provide earplugs. Changing rooms only allowed me to another room facing the road, leaving the noise problem completely unresolved. Oh, and yes, I could hear roosters crowing in the morning – a very pleasant environment! 👍🏻 2. The room lighting design is simply inhumane. At night, the light reflects off the mirrors throughout the room, making it impossible to sleep (as shown in the picture). I complained again, and they were very helpful, but they didn't provide eye masks. 3. The bedding was very comfortable, comparable to Adidas. 4. The breakfast was extremely basic, with very few choices. I, someone with sleep problems, strongly recommend against staying at this hotel."

Brand-name amenities, abundant snacks and fruits: Tiptoe toiletries, Dyson hairdryer, Tempo tissues, Bock beer, RE aromatherapy, Sam's Club selected bestsellers—every single one was delicious! The fruit platter included ginseng fruit, kiwi, mango, mangosteen, red grapes, bananas, and tangerines—a huge platter that you couldn't possibly finish even if you tried your best. (Yes, all free!)"

"I came here on a business trip with my friends and looked at the surrounding hotels! Finally, I chose Maitian Yaduo! It rained heavily yesterday and the hotel parking lot was on the ground floor. The front desk opened the parking lot for us and came out to pick us up with an umbrella. The service was excellent! There are steps to the elevator (a bit inconvenient). The front desk was very polite and enthusiastic to help us carry our luggage to the elevator! The room is clean and tidy. The hotel also has a laundry room with a garment steamer, which is very considerate and convenient. There are many breakfast dishes, which are very delicious and rich... It is a very cost-effective hotel and is our first choice for business trips!"
