O hotel estava com ar condicionado quebrado há 2 dias e não avisaram! Não quiseram cancelar ou dar nenhuma compensação. Paguei integral por um serviço mal prestado, me senti enganado e a Trip não pode fazer nada também. Hospedem por sua conta e risco.
酒店空調2天前就壞了，但沒收到任何通知，入住時也沒說明，房間像烤箱一樣，睡不著覺！趕快跑吧，住別家吧！Trip 也說他們無能為力，整體超差勁！
