楠溪書院是著名畫家周建明規劃建設，他把對家鄉的感情傾注到藝術鄉建的偉大事業之中，為遊客奉獻一方徜徉山水、親近自然的藝術休憩天地。交通便利，客房寬敞舒適，設施齊全，環境優雅靜謐，是欣賞石桅巖的最佳場所，也是回味宋代《溪山行旅圖》的絕佳位置。門外就是楠溪漂流，小朋友特別喜歡。不遠有周福爐家的鄉土菜餚，味道鮮美。

酒店體驗非常棒，一定要點評一下。民宿位置非常棒，就在景區旁5分鐘距離，院內的景色也非常棒，不比景區內差。房間床鋪衞生等都很不錯。早餐是阿姨做的白粥➕各種小菜+饅頭包子等，很清爽好吃。
