民宿地點在楠溪江過路灘，出門便可以燒烤露營和坐竹筏。
招牌不太好找，得往裡麪走點進去才能看到，門口能停兩輛車。
房子造得挺高，最高五樓，六樓是樓頂露台。
早上起得有點晚了，沒看見房主，不知道有沒有早餐。
有幾點不完善地方：冷熱水應該沒做温控，要麼很冷要麼很燙，很難調節。隔音一般，一大早就聽到很明顯的水管流過水流的聲音

免費升級了房間，房間大，設施新、全，洗澡水大，很乾凈！店家還送了大瓶飲用水，很周到。公共區域裝飾古色古香很有特色，非常好的一家民宿！周邊環境也很漂亮，吃飯也方便。一次很愉快的旅行。

地理位置優越，出門就是過路灘景觀平台和玩水區，白天夜晚各有風情，適合親子家庭和喜歡露營、燒烤的遊客。
民宿設計看得出來花了很多心思，裝修用料不錯，空間也很充足，隔音也算做的不錯的。沙發可以變身沙發床，帶娃入住也不用擠在一張床上了。
自駕的話，認準導航，看到平價超市左轉小巷進入，門口有兩個停車位。

房間很乾凈，第一次住兩張1.8米的大床太哇塞了，老闆人挺好，老闆媽媽自己做的早飯也很OK，民宿前面就是玩水的，出門就可以玩半天。
