這幾年衹住柏森，前台的小姐姐們服務都特別好，給我感覺很温馨、很周到！每次遇到的問題都會幫我及時處理解決，服務態度槓槓的好！早餐種類很多口味佳，還經常變換菜品，客房衞生乾淨整潔，打掃衞生的大姐親切有禮，整體來説真的不錯，四星級裏的王牌，推薦！

這是第一次評價高檔酒店。不建議住這個酒店，這幾天寧夏已經很熱了，屋裡空調根本不管用，一直開着也是23度，晚上睡覺根本不行，蓋被子熱，不蓋被子冷，搞得兩個人都感冒了。酒店設施也很陳舊，還是高檔酒店，很一般。酒店衞生也不行，住的第一間房被子上居然有體毛，我就很無語，立馬換了一間。洗澡那個水真的不想吐槽，無比的小，隨便沖了一下。這個體驗真的很糟糕，感冒很難受，住在蘭州的時候那個空調嘎嘎冷都沒有感冒。立馬第二天換地方住了。
