The service attitude of the hotel is very good and the parking is very convenient. However, Ctrip's previous parking price was wrong. The first issue with the hotel is that the check in time is 4pm which is way past normal checkins which is usually 2-3pm.
Although the staff helped my mother to the room, I had asked for the reception to help my mother check in because she does not know English and i had to go do some urgent work, but she completely forgot about it. I know it's not exactly your responsibility but I am sure being such a big hotel there could have been some hospitality or a helper to take her to the room sooner.
