Lovely, spacious, clean, comfortable room with great facilities. Helpful welcoming staff. Breakfast service was good, food was hot, decent portion and good but could’ve been better produce.

Lovely stay at B+B York. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly helpful and informative. Great location for walking 10 minutes into York centre and plenty of parking onsite which I paid £5 for. Breakfast was made fresh to order and was filling, they also had cereals, yogurts and a coffee machine which you can help yourself to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and when I visit York again I know I will book into B+B York! Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

I was working in the area and needed a B&B. I happened across this place and it met my needs completely. The room was comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for a walk into York. When next in the area I should be staying here again.

Loved the location. A 15 minute walk at most to York Minster. Really convenient if travelling by train like I did. Quiet residential street. I stayed in a single room on the second floor of the main building. The bed was decently comfortable, room was quite warm but there’s a fan provided if needed. The shower was great. Breakfast was pretty good with a lot of options for different requirements. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again on my next trip to York.

Great location, staff and accommodation. Breakfast had a great choice. Omelette was uncooked in the middle on the first morning but this was quickly rectified by the lovely staff. Definitely stay here next time!

Booked the Deluxe Double room. Disappointed when we arrived to find out we were not in the main building but a outer building. Unfortunately we were above two family rooms which were very noisy. We were woke up at 6am by the family in the room below. You could hear all the doors in the building being slammed shut. The door to our room didn't lock and the plug on the bath didn't work. Phone in room also didn't work. On the plus side the staff were all great and couldn't do enough to help.

We were only here for a very short time but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a cozy room which offered an amazing sleep. The staff were the best and very friendly. It’s clear every aspect has been thought about in great detail to offer the best experience for each guest.
