We came by train. , so close to station , lovely hotel . Reception staff helpful and welcoming, storage for case both when arriving and leaving
Short walk inro York , beautiful room with a bath
We had dinner and breakfast , food all lovely , no complaints at all.

酒店擁有悠久的歷史，復古的裝修很吸引人，很有那種古典的英倫範。而且酒店位置很好，就在約克火車站旁邊，十分的方便！設施雖然有點老舊，但是不影響入住畢竟年份在這放着的，就是早餐很一般，品種少，但是整體來講住宿體驗還不錯

The doorway corner has no light, very dim. There are stains everywhere, on the chair, the carpet and the bed blanket. Only the washroom looks newly renovated but not well maintained. The best point is the York Minster view outside the small window and grand decoration on the lobby floor.

The hotel exceeded our expectation for under door voyeurism. I could watch my girlfriend get changed by looking under the hotel room door, from the public hallway. The curtains were mouldy, and wet. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Was told that the hotel management would look after us on our next visit but I don’t know why we weren’t looked after in the first place. Why would we come again? 🤷🏽♂️

有被驚艷到 距離火車站特別近1分鐘都不用 然後工作人員特別友善，酒店也很好看裏面設施也特別起床，房間廁所都很大，很乾凈 門口就有觀光巴士
