All things good, but breakfast was disappointing. Just a week ago, we were in Hampton London city where the breakfast was certainly much better.
Location is near to the city centre and the river where the cruises are run.

The male receptionist at the front desk was very nice, very warm and polite, and felt quite sincere. The kettle in the room was broken, and he came to check it in time. When I was taking my luggage, the female receptionist was really just "polite"...hahahaha😂

We were impressed by every staff. They are very helpful, enthusiastic, and have great service mind. They always smile for every customers. We felt safe when stayed here. The room looks new, quite clean, and peaceful. And the breakfast buffet is so great! I love hot chocolate.
